If KN does sack Cartwright, who do you replace him with? I want Cartwright gone, but who does KN listen to, to get advice on replacing him. Not sure Edwards will have the contacts (on a side point, I don’t have an issue with Edwards being here. He is more the business side). I think KN needs to employ some kind of UK advisor who has experience in running a UK club. I don’t see why he has to rush to replace Cartwright. Strip things back. Get rid of Cartwright and Beswick’s. Duff and Paterson can go. They can take Cartwright’s mate Russell with them. Let Johnny Worthington have a go with the players for a while. He got a reaction from them last time. Kevin Nagle can take his time to consider whether a third division team needs to replicate the management structure of Manchester City. An interesting point of view. I would hope that the planning for this has been taking place for some time now.

Would Cartwright employ Chris Davies ? Of course you wouldn't because 1. He has no association with Beswick Sports (I suggest you google his training sessions) It ain't "in the army now"
2. Why on earth would you look at a guy that has never been a manager because your single focus is about is about making money from backhanders. eg Duff, Paterson etc etc etc - Beswick Sports
3. Why can't you get May across the line without B'rum knowing about. You're an ex agent, you should be able to negate any outside influence. Thats your job......but does it benefit you !!!!
I could list 20 but I honestly can't be arsed. I brought up this chancer the day he was employed, but then you have the Sparrows on here that make excuses for him. Agents or Xagents should never ever be involved in a club at the level he currently holds.
It makes me sick to the stomach that this guy has wormed his way into a our club, a club that was already extremely vulnerable. This man and his army mate in the dugout should be removed immediately.
A couple of chancers that wouldn't look out of place licking Del Boys back window in his reliant

Reading back through his previous posts I'm starting to get the feeling he is someone closely associated with the club. Certainly doesn't write like a passionate supporter, more like an employee... I'm not a fan of impatience or made up nonsense, but passionate about winning - yes, however losing - can't see the point, it's sport - some win some lose. As for employee - laughable, I'm an itk free zone.

It's like you have never sat in a stand and watched a game of football before. Who would have thought football fans could be passionate ey. What a barmy notion.

Just to pick up on the "impatience" thread (I would agree that salacious speculation and, if it occurs, fabrication isn't helpful) I would ask how long should the fanbase wait for something they can get behind and allow time to breathe and develop. On the back of essentially 6 years of decline, one very promising season abandoned, I can personally understand why people are extremely concerned that there has been very little credible progress to improve fortunes on the pitch. That's a reality that needs, IMHO, to be accepted.

That's a reality that needs, IMHO, to be accepted. With a new manager, who communicates with clarity and directness, with a decent past record, dealing with historical issues, and chairman putting funds in and laying foundations for progress, who openly communicates, with understandable reasons for not getting our 1st or 2nd choice (yet) striker and players approaching the end of their contracts, you ask how long before it's impatience? 10 games, Christmas, Jan window, a season, 2 season's, how long did it take for Corberan to get fans on board, that's right - shortly before he jumped ship on route to Greece. My opinion is somewhere between 1 & 2 season's is not being impatient.

I still maintain he needs sacking. Not delivering a decent first choice striker this summer, major failure.
Last summer it was not addressing our woeful midfield and not getting a striker.
In January it was spending a large (for us) sum, signing 2 injury prone players that have hardly featured. Bojan is still an unknown quantity, but I'm sticking by him.
We seem to have a lazy approach to signings (i maybe wrong). We were after May for weeks, we pinned our hopes on him, then got gazumped. We need to be proactive, not reactive.
I could of course be wrong.
The amount of BS that wafts from his mouth is just painful at times.

Do we have a new midfield now though (better than the previous, perhaps getting better)? Bojan unknown, but improving as getting fitness & game time? A lazy approach, well he is fat bastard, is that your conclusion? We're we not proactive, but Birmingham reactive? Could you be wrong? How do you know it's BS?

As Town fans we keep hoping that we will see a new dawn or we held on to the Dean we knew before he got ill. After years of decline many have latched on to the new owner will bring about a rebirth, maybe he will in time, but in order to do so he needs to reconsider our current approach.

Not a chance this thread is dropping off after a performance like that. Nagles fierce defence of him has meant that KN is getting it in the neck. Let’s just reflect on how bad Bojan and Ladapo were tonight. 1.2m and a whole summer of tracking respectively. Absolute joke that this guy is still overseeing our football operations.
