No it doesn't , he comes across as stupid at best and thick at worst. His interviews are shit and judging by the teams preformances under him they speak for themselves . Now as i have said if he turns it around brilliant i really hope he does. The question is will he ? NOOOO he wont , the players have not reacted to him coming in, they knew what they were doing under Warnock yet i have seen nothing yet , to suggest they know what they are doing under this "we needed to geth im in now" man. Moore is currently comming across as a very poor manger and poor coach. If you think otherwise then fine, but the results speak for themselves, his interviews are shocking to say the least and he comes across so badly its not even funny, just sad and embarrsing. Calling someone thick would hold more water if the posts weren't littered with spelling mistakes, bad grammar and lack of paragraph/sentence structuring

Are we being to quick to judge Moore ? Yes I’ve had a go on here, but was I wrong ?
1) inherited a team playing the Warnock way. 2) a set of players disappointed that the previous manager left. 3) a set of fans also disappointed that the previous manager left. 4) a woefully weak squad assembled by Cartwright.
Or is it that we are right ?
1) very dull interviews. 2) tinkered when he should have left alone at least until his first international break 3) loves playing strikers at left back. 4) doesn’t seem to have a plan 5) picked the fat right back against Leeds.
Angry Dunc with say the later but more sensible (no lager) Dunc would say the first options.

It's easy to fall into the latter given how things have gone recently, but the former has definitely contributed massively to this. Far too soon to be calling for his head, but the run of fixtures ahead doesn't look like the pressure will be eased given the paucity of the available squad.

The worry is that we struggle but DM can't be fairly judged due to the state of the squad and injuries. We persevere, bring some players in Jan, continue to struggle and are relegated. The same may then happen the following season. They've put themselves in a really difficult position with the failings in the summer window and then sacking the only man capable of keeping this squad in the league.

Didn't even realise he had been sent out on loan... Just thought he was out of favour! This is a player that the club has been adamant is good enough for championship football despite the evidence over the last few years suggesting the contrary. There are a few others in the same category. About time the club got real. I'm not sure expanding the academy won't just lead to producing more decent pros that aren't good enough for the league we're competing in. We then seem to become obsessed with shoe horning them into the first team squad which is probably detrimental to their confidence. Generally speaking if several loan spells in the lower leagues don't go well it surely tells you all you need to know?

Considering we got rid of well over 20 players in the summer and we still have players that are not up to the required championship level, not only in the first team squad, but also out on loan. How could any club be successful if you manage to gather that amount of quality together.

We've now got the point where the squad is really weak. The summer clear out was a good idea, it's just we inexplicably forgot to replace any of them! I still can't believe they let Rhodes go out on loan without a replacement. Idiotic move and makes you really question the decision making on the football side. The DoF is such a key role. It's not been a great start to put it mildly and might get us relegated.

Rhodes wanted to leave as clearly Warnock wasn’t going to play him.
It’s the failure to replace him at all that irritates. It was just plain stupid.
I do know that Nagle agrees it was wrong to let him go.
We also have Simpson out on loan. He has played a lot but I don’t think he has actually scored yet. Wasn’t he 500k. ? Doesn’t look like a good buy.
Ideally in January we need some young prem loans in to help. I’m sure everybody will be after them though.

I saw Simpson play last week at Derby County and he didn't impress at all although, to be fair, he was playing in a very poor side that lacked any team spirit. I did speak to a couple of Northampton fans before the game and they said they didn't feel he was Championship standard. They thought he was badly lacking in confidence. They were totally bemused at our decision to send Rhodes out on loan

Not sure that anything has been officially said. The longer he’s out, the better he gets. Same with Ruffels. It’ll be like having Cafu and Maldini back!

Someone will be more learned than myself on this one, but I think… 🤔
Burgzorg - hopefully not a long term problem. Ward - really not sure with this one? Turton - will we see him this season? Hogg - as per Burgzorg? Ruffels? Headley - as per Burgzorg? Pearson? Maxwell? Ben Jackson? Pat Jones?
There’s almost a full XI there who wouldn’t look out of place in our starting XI.
I know it’s not the quality we’d wish for, but there are probably more I’ve missed and which would reinforce the point that we’ve been pretty unlucky this season with injuries.

With Headley's injury and Nakayama going to the Asian Cup, we now have just 11 first teamers available. 2 keepers, 2 centre backs, no left backs or right backs, 5 midfielders, 2 wingers, 0 strikers.
Nicholls, Chapman, Helik, Lees, REG, Rudoni, Kasumu, Wiles, Diarra, Thomas, Koroma.
In addition to this there's only Ayina, Hudlin, and Austerfield from the B team who have actually played for us before. After which we're filling the bench with under 19s who've never kicked a ball at EFL level.
Is this our worst injury crisis ever? It feels worse than the ones under Fotheringham and Corberan.

TBF, I would think he’s got some more pressing things on his mind at the moment than football, as if you saw that the stated reason he’s out being ‘personal’, his lack of contribution to the first team becomes a little moot. In the words of Ted Lasso’s Roy Kent: “Look, I get that some people think that if they buy a ticket, they’ve got the right to yell whatever abusive s**t they want at footballers. But they’re not just footballers, they’re also people, and none of us know what is going on in each others lives”…

That’s what happens when you don’t look after your players. The squad size we had at the start of the season was always asking for problems, the manager and players said so at the time.
