Interesting to hear from any ITK posters as to whether or not the players want rid of Moore Why would the players want rid of him? He is a decent bloke who doesn’t hang any of them out to dry, even if they mess up. The results haven’t been good but they are putting the effort in so it doesn’t look like he has ‘lost the dressing room’. I am sure they have all played under a lot worse managers.

I just hope he can get a win next week. Not because I like him, but because we’re in massive trouble now. Lose that and don’t beat Wednesday, then Southampton away, we’re looking for snookers.

The thing is… he clearly isn’t up to it, he will never win over the majority of the fan base now. That doesn’t change even if he miraculously beats QPR. He can’t say he hasn’t been given time, not many would last this long with his record. He should be sacked now and replaced with someone to give us a fighting chance of staying up. I believe we do pretty much have a squad capable of that now. A central midfielder to dictate play to sit alongside Matos with Hogg used more sparingly would be great. Play four at the back (Headley/Jackon Helik Balker Spencer) and get Radulovic up front with Healey with Thomas and Rudoni providing the chances. I'd be tempted to get Spencer at left back until Headley or Ruffels is fit. He played there for Motherwell and did ok. While Jackson isn't terrible, he definitely isn't doing much to improve us. Hopefully Turton slots back in to the team seamlessly as it sounds like he's close to full fitness

And I assume relegation means lower wages and less chance of interest elsewhere should they try and force a move

I don’t think that but if he goes they have no idea what the next one will be like, and most of them have been through a lot of managerial changes recently, so some stability is probably no bad thing for them. As I said they will all have played under worse managers. Healey has just come from a club where the manager hardly played him to a club where his starts two days after joining. I don’t think he will be unhappy.

Thats a pretty damning indictment as to just how shit he has been... And yet most fans are still backing him and making excuses for him.Going to have to respectfully disagree here, mate. I'm incredibly easy-going and laissez faire when it comes to Town these days - it's not apathy, I've just re-evaluated the things that really matter to me. I don't grumble, I'm not vocal, I only make the mildest of criticisms about the club - and when I do it's amongst friends, rather than on the Internet. I'm probably what a lot of people on here would describe as a "happy clapper" (I'm not sure I'd agree with that label, but that's by-the-by). I've taken to Moore as a fella, he seems like a thoroughly good egg. I'm also a big advocate for giving a manager time. But...even I'm in the Moore Out camp. I'm not "most fans", obviously - but if he's lost me, there can't be that many left.

Where does this come from? I remember him two footing Barry Horne, snapping his ACL, back in the day. Wasn't a "decent bloke" then, I'd suggest.

I've had a beer with some of my mates in Rugby and none of them can believe he is still in a job. Mainly support Coventry and other Midlands teams but no axe to grind regarding Town.

Maybe those wanting an easy life will be happy, fair enough.

He is a fraud. His interviews sicken me. Sickening.
I will lose faith in Flitcroft if he does not correct his mistake.
Darren will not walk, he's onto a good thing, but I wouldn't be surprised if we end up fighting for our football league survival in a matter of months if we persist.
OUT OUT OUT.

A guy who shouldn't be anywhere near a managerial position at a professional club. His max should be setting out cones on the training pitch.

Never has a manager's stats changed overnight like Moore's.
Pre-Twon: 48.6% win rate - 124 wins from 255 games Post-Town: 11.5% win rate - 3 wins from 26 games
Warnock has a career win rate of 39% which is excellent. You can make the argument that Moore had above average squads for the league they were in at Wednesday and West Brom but a guy capable of those Post-Town stats wouldn't get Barcelona out of League 2.

Darren says the first goal was a bizarre goal. I can think of better words to use than that! I thought he was a tough character who won’t take any nonsense. Far too much of a nice guy I’m sorry nice guys won’t cut it. The whole club is full of ‘ nice guys ‘
As much as we look for scapegoats he didn't say that. He said " it was decided by two bizaar moments, that was probably more self inflicting than anything". At that moment he may not have seen replays of the incidents that led to the goals. So fair dues on his comments there.
Yes he does seem nice, right now we need a Micky Adams or some old school scottish psycho type nutter.
Listen...step forward a certain Scottish scaffolder
...Step forward Mark McKay Fotheringham

Also can anyone remind me of her job I've somehow forgotten when it should have been ingrained into my brain when I've heard it do much

Moore has now taken charge of 26 games this season, won 3 (three) 😮 but even at port vale he has injuries, he brought that line out on friday in his presser for vale . If he didn't have all these injuries he would have had us top of the league because he is such a good manger......
People called Fotheringham out for being a chancer and a fraud. NOOO the real chancer and fraud is Moore.
