this is a pretty one sided poll.
Let's say there's no improvement in the next handfull of games, and Moore departs, who is taking over as manager and getting the best out of this team and new signings?

First thing - I want DM gone, as soon as possible. Second thing - today was far from being a “lucky” draw. How would you describe it? A game between two shite teams, which finished level.

Depends how much money there is really. If we are talking about minimal additions or a tight budget we are probably looking for a Championship stalwart like Rowett, Jones or Mowbury if they will come.

I think that when you have only one shot on target all game and get a late penalty that allowed us to take a point that we did not look like getting by ourselves then there is some luck involved. When you look at the number of penalties that we have not been given then I would say more than a little luck was involved. Whatever the result lucky or not DM is still not showing us that he knows how to turn the tide. He could not look more like King Canute if he tride.

But four or five Championship proven players would probably allow us to appoint someone to play in a more expansive way.

I’m far from convinced by Moore, but let’s face it the problem is the quality of players he has to work with. The squad is absolutely terrible. Can’t see many managers getting a tune out of that lot. Only Town would get rid of the one person who could.

Only Town would get rid of the one person who could. Think we need to move on from sir neil now. He was only ever a stop gap appointment - more concerning for me is getting the 4 or 5 championship quality players needed to compete at this level. Weve been relegation candidates in all but one of the seasons since relegation and the current squad is so lacking in depth its embarrassing for a club which only lost its parachute monies a year or so ago. Can we attract these players? Can we afford them? Do we have an investment plan? Weve sold off the talent and not replaced it properly. Time will tell - i dont like the vitriol aimed at KN - he inherited a shitshow and credit the man for committing a m9nth to oversee his first real transfer window. We can only hope it goes well.

Just watched the Wednesday manager at the final whistle. Has that guy got passion and a closeness with his players!!
I also watched DM at our final whistle - enough said.

I think that the fact only 19 people want him to stay, of which I’m sure a couple are resident wum from other teams, tell you how bad a job he is doing. It’s not just the results, the style of play or the entertainment, but there is no connection with the fans, and I think that’s why it’s such a low number.
But ultimately the people who employed him have to take responsibility. Did they ever watch any of his games, did they do their due diligence and research first. The signing of Tom Edwards tells me that we have some clueless individuals making decisions behind the scenes, along with the shambolic transfer window.
If I was Kev I would not trust them with another penny of my money.

We just shathoused our way to a last minute pen to earn us a draw at the home of the team with the worst home record in the league! I’m buzzing

We can battle but we are so far short on any real quality we already have one foot in League 1. Situation is retrievable but we have to sign several ready to play quality players in January almost irrespective as to who is the manager. KN being in the country for January and being able to see our troubles up close fills me with some hope we can change things around but I remain very much in the mindset DM should not be in the managerial seat to oversee things.

Just been watching a video of Pete Wild doing the same with Barrow fans. Some job he’s been doing there and at Halifax in the last few years, massively overachieving. Wouldn’t mind Town taking a look if/when DM gets the chop.

I think we have to look abroad for the next manager, albeit like Wednesday, to bring a new philosophy in and back him with the players he wants.
There is no value in the English leagues unless we want to spunk millions, which we won’t.

Wouldn't it be nice to see a bit of honesty from Moore about how poor our games are rather than the guff he actually comes out with

I’m not sure we ever really saw the benefits of the parachute money. It’s been done to death I know, but it really is a sad indictment of the Premier League legacy and the mess made by NDA-protected custodians that we’ve not been able to compete in the division below since relegation (one exceptional coach/bit of luck one season aside). I certainly don’t blame KN at this stage. He’s inherited a mess and the end of last season partly disguised that. The current squad has 3 or possibly 4 players who could get a game at another Championship club (possibly on the bench), 6 or 7 who could probably cut it in L1 and the rest are L2 or below. It’s going to take some sorting.

He's basically slagged off the quality of Scottish football overall and the game which he is equally responsible for and then said there is nothing he can do about it!? Just seems like a different kind of 'guff' to me!!

One got two very late goals to win a game that they looked like losing, whilst the other got a very late goal to save a point. Who would you expect to be the more overjoyed?

Yesterday was our best 11 for a while. Rudhoni gave us more quality.
The sub total of one shot on target says it all.
We are so spread out on the pitch it’s easy for all the opposition to play through the lines easily.
Ward had a couple of half chances but his application was average. He lost the ball so many times when it was played up to him.
We are desperate for a striker.
Hogg looked tired and as much as i admire his ability to play three games in a week he shouldn’t have to.
We have no right back.
Who is telling sorba to float corners in ? He whips in a great ball that is hard to defend - and easier to score with as a touch will often lead to a goal. If you get a touch on a floating corner it is just headed away. The set pieces are awful. How can we go from such a great set piece team to a poor one (with basically the same players) is a joke. That stops with Moore
He has no connection with fans. He isn’t daft and probably knows we think it’s awful.
He has to go.

The football is no easier on the eye and the things we were decent at - set pieces / grinding out some wins has stopped as well. Not a recipe for progress sadly.

Good anology re E Ten Hag in a Times headline this week:
“He’s been dealt a bad hand, but he’s playing it badly”.
Exactly my thoughts on DM.

There is no connection/affinity with the fans whatsoever and there hasn’t been from the off. His behaviour is almost one of a manager who is approaching the end and yet bizarrely has behaved no differently from when he first arrived.
