Not 100% sure but think their league finished in Nov. If so would need a mini pre season to get up to speed? Maybe someone knows the league more than me

Should be fit to go pretty quickly I should think, so long as he isn't knackered....!!!

We’ve needed a “Big” striker for years. We never have any physical presence up front so I’m hoping that this happens. Not many play with big strikers in this league. Look at the top scorer list, it is full of dwarves

Where would Thomas fit in , if this lad comes in ? Does Burgzorg miss out ? Is Thomas going to be forced into the wing back role ?

Options, competition, subs, opportunity to rest etc and back up for injuries - no excuses. Let them battle out to start No idea how good or fit he is to start with

Its more about having options and bodies to help, players get injured or need a rest.

Whatever formation you play, you play Burgzorg as he’s our best player. In no situation does he miss out.

That's the conundrum maybe he changes to 343 Thomas and del wide of a big chap he doesn't seem to like a back 4 as I'd go 433/4231 Whatever it gives options

Looks like he'd be a really interesting, potentially very exciting signing. A property striker and at a good age. I don't imagine he'd cost a fortune, either.

The fact that Brighton, with one of the most advanced scouting systems in Europe, saw fit to sign him says that he must have potential to be a good player.

Already being discussed on the rumours thread ..and so what ?
It's a pain in the annus horriblis trying to sift through so many pages / days / weeks of rumours. Each rumour should have it's own thread here.

He is quite a coup. Rangers have held interest in him for a while - they signed Morelos from HJK Helsinki aswell. Sheff U looked at him in the summer also. Very much a penalty box predator, not the quickest but strong in aerial duals & has been very clinical if you look at his x G. Good start to the window a lot more work to do.

Playing devils advocate… They also saw him fit to sell for €150k…. Nevertheless I am liking the sound of it all, I don’t know much about the lad but certainly sounds like the sort we need!

Tough one.if we bring two strikers in plus we have ward that’s 3 central strikers. We then have sorba koroma and burgzorg who can all play wide or through the middle. That gives options for 3-4-3 or 3-5-2.Obviously in a 3-4-3 only 2 midfield slots for Hogg, rudoni.wiles, matos and Kasumu to fight for.or 3 of the 5 in a 3-5-2.It gives competition for places but that said you also want to try have a settled side.Plus as it stands now you would always try shoe horn sorba in because of his crossing ability to create chances.Better problem to have that what we have now though. Editing myself already…unless we get a centre half in that does allow to go to a 4 eventually and Spencer plays right back.then could go to 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3….so many options it’s madness!!!

Yeah, so much of a pain it's had over 7k views So if the point of the Transfer sub-board is not to have a topics on individuals, but instead to only use a singular transfer window thread, why have a sub-board at all? Does that not deafest the whole purpose of this?

I’ll be amazed if it happens. Sounds like the type of player a top end championship club would sign
