Happy to read rumours and hear say and complete bollocks, what's annoying is when someone is clearly trying to convince people they're itk when they're not and creating a fake persona. Maybe I'm wrong and it's Darren's best mate or Cartwright. It's not though. They love it because he has a similar opinion to them, that’s all. Not the case. Take some time and read my posts.

Not sure I quite understand the delight at this one. It's good to get a signing in but I'll wait to watch him play before getting too excited. It is less than 2 years since he couldn't make an impact in Sweden and I'm assuming Finnish football is league one or two standard. Two draws with Aberdeen probably confirm that. And I very much doubt we've beaten Rangers to his signature. If they wanted him then he would have gone there. They can pay far more than we can and they can offer European football We showed him pics of Cumbernauld and told him it was Glasgow... then showed him pics of Almondbury village and told him all of Huddersfield is like that.

There’s a 2007 Serbian film called Huddersfield (Hadersfild) he must of been dreaming of coming since he watched it.

Baring in mind Ayina had a 6 month loan spell too in Scotland last season and still looks out of his depth. Yet a striker coming from a club who drew with a Scottish club, in which the striker scored, is a wait and see as it is League 1 or 2 standard? Context, Teemu Pukki scored 12 n 26 in the same division this lad has scored 18 in 23. Not saying its a guarantee, but it is a signing I would class as a bit of a coup for us in this moment in time.

He's been prolific (albeit at a level I'd expect Bradford City to shine) He's scored goals in European competition (but the best of those sides would struggle in this league, and some would struggle in Lg2) Although TBF wrt Rangers, the club we got him from offered European football. Rangers would be a higher profile, bigger crowds etc though. I understand the excitement. I just don't share it. Hopefully I'm left feeling silly about this post at the end of the season.

Not really true that though, is it? PAOK, who he scored in both games against, are top of the Greek league and did the double over Eintracht Frankfurt this season.

He never made a first team appearance at Brighton and I would imagine Finnish defences aren't up to much, so the jury is out on this guy. To be fair victor gyokeres only scored once for Brighton in 8 games and now he’s one of the better strikers in Europe, now I’m not saying he’s going to turn out anywhere near as good but sometimes players move and kick on.

He never made a first team appearance at Brighton and I would imagine Finnish defences aren't up to much, so the jury is out on this guy. Jury's always out on any signing until you get a good look at them. Like the lad from Chelsea...on their bench many times this season so you expect him to be a really good player..but Mbete had been on Man Citys bench many times yet looked like a competition winner for us, so that doesnt always translate. But with this guy, yeah its Finland so not top level, but hes been pretty prolific. We might have played a blinder getting him. Lets hope so. Would agree there are no guarantees and the Finnish league probably is equivalent to league 1/2. We know there have been players that have flopped in league 2 and gone on to be prolific in the SPL so scoring against Aberdeen is no great feat. But assume we look beyond goalscoring records using numerous stats and videos when signing a striker for (what is for us) a decent outlay. I assume the recruitment team have seen attributes they think are transferable to the championship. His finishing looks decent. And to put it another way if we'd signed a 24 year old from league one with a goal every other game, I'm sure most fans would be happy with that. Really hope he works out. It's been a while since we've had a talismanic striker that the fan base worships. Would love my son to have seen Stewart, Rhodes or Boothy in their pomp so fingers crossed Bojan will be his hero.

Hopefully this turns out to be the striker we've all been wanting.....And some said we couldn't magic up, afford or attract.

If he’s capable of getting on the end of a cross, he’s going to get lots of opportunities to impress us all. Needed a player like this for years - remains to be seen of course but I’m pleased with this signing.

Last season in the Europa league he scored against Viktoria Plzen and Maribor. This season he scored against Larne in C/L qualifying. Two against FCV Farul in E/C/L qualifying. Two against PAOK and one against Aberdeen in the E/C/L. TBF, I could see Harratt scoring against them too.

Probs pointless to play a guy that hasn't played for about a month and let him be involved in an arseholing isolated up top anyway if he's able to be registered I'd stick him on the bench but not start him Probs depend on a work permit time too. I’m guessing sportspersons visas are approved pretty quick
