Charitable donation backed non-profit organisations operated for the collective public/community benefit. That's going to get you into the Premier League and competing in Europe. Correct, given I'm saying thats how ALL of football should be organised. The people running the businesses are not competent to run businesses of the nature of football clubs. There should be far fewer senior level football clubs than there are and competitions should be much more regionalised - as Town fans we should be caring about facing Halifax, Oldham, Leeds, Bradford etc within the West Riding FA and neighbouring regions, not Exeter...save that for an inter-region cup competition.

I think he's in the last chance saloon regardless TBH. The worrying thing for his future is the expectation vs the size of rebuild needed. There are few clubs in Lg1 with higher expectations of success, and we're miles behind where we need to be to meet that expectation. People are blaming Cartwright because they don't want any criticism to be levelled at Nagle. Similar to how Ross Wilson would always get it in the neck instead of Hoyle in the early days, then Julian Winter became the fans' favourite punchbag as we weren't allowed to level any criticism whatsoever at Hoyle. Funny how things turn around. Or stay the same, but just with different names

@justasmithers, you appear to know something about this ‘ere basketball game. What’s the craic with Caitlin Clark and all the hassle she’s getting from other players? That’s an incredibly deep topic which has a ton of answers depending on who you ask. As someone whose best friend is an ex-WNBA player, it’s layers upon layers. When I first saw the furore over her I thought she may have been one of the trans athletes that have been mentioned recently, especially as she played in boys' leagues** as a child. Turns out it's just jealousy from current established players who don't want to see a challenge to their pwn personal income/sponsorship. ** it was sod all to do with trans issue, it was because there was no local girls' team

I must admit I despair at some fans who try to have a go at our owners / staff when it’s clear they have the best intentions of the club at heart. I was fortunate to be able to see around the ground this week and it’s clear to see Mr Nagle is putting his money where his mouth is. Despite Kirklees and the Giants contributing little to nothing we have. A newly relayed pitch. Stantions and general area cleaned and repainted in places. New offices for the staff down at canalside. Covering in the south stand end to allow fans to be out of the rain before and during games. New seating in the bar areas / concourses to allow people to sit down before and during games to enjoy food and drink. A new club for supporters to meet up before games The list goes on plus he is willing to invest in the squad so let’s get behind both the club and owner / staff as we all want to be competing for promotion this season.

Hi Carmichael, please can you ask Uncle Kev to extend weekly prize draws for the season tickets holders until the start of the new season. Otherwise I am taking back my season ticket for a full refund. I didn't win anything so I am a bit disappointed with the club.
Only Joking! 😉

I think folk are forgetting just how poor we were under NW for the start of last season, I'm not saying he would have definitely taken us down, but folk thinking he would been guaranteed to keep us up are in cuckoo land.

Dave you're a sports journalist...
Objectively, how would you surmise Kevin Nagle's tenure thus far at Huddersfield Town?
I think, in a word, I'd go for - Horrifying.

Yeah but the painting under the stadium looks swell folks
These jokers haven't a clue how to run a football club
No point buying the stadium when the fans won't turn up to go to the games.

but we have new paintings at the stadium that we still don't own
How about a striker and a summer where we're not making millions in net profit at the expense of the results on the pitch?

Don’t forget the open Chairman and his side kick with their wonderful diaries. Let’s not forget that KN and those in power “believed” Darren Moore was the ideal and long sought after replacement for the best manager in that leagues history. Not only that but they thought that the fans would go along with it! Surely that says all we need to know, the fact nothing has improved since (other than the stadium looking pretty) should not be a shock.

It’s not going well under Kev but I don’t think the bloke deserves any crap throwing at him on socials
Yes loads of wrong appointments in management and loads of “duff” players bought under recommendation of the DoF
However Kev is paying the bills, the bloke is trying and not some faceless owner
I’ve more time in listening to Kev than I’ve had for Hoyle Not saying Hoyle didn’t achieve things at the club, he did but still didn’t want to listen to word he said
Duff be off by Xmas I recon and some Jan signings to fill some holes and take it from there

He's turned us into a midtable league 1 club in just over 12 months. He talks the talk but all he's delivered is failure. The people he's employed at the top are a fucking disgrace to the club, the fact that he kept faith in them after overseeing one of the worst seasons in recent history is laughable. The guy talks utter drivel.

I'd have put my house on it. You're as puddled as the fuckwits paid to make the big decisions coming out with shite like that. Next you'll be telling us big Daz was the right man to take us to the premier league but he didn't get the run of the green. Anyone saying we were in a mess before KN is missing the point. There are levels of mess and right now it could take us many years, maybe decades, to get back to that level of mess we were in pre Kevin Nagle. That's an irrefutable fact I'm afraid. Some fans just don't seem to be able to be objective and admit when they were wrong.

Always thought you’re a decent poster Sheriff but I would have bet the house Warnock would have had us mid-table relatively comfortably come the end of last season had he been allowed to carry on. Every decision by the club following their decision to remove Warnock & Ronnie have proved catastrophic and there’s been a catalogue of them. They have absolutely reaped what they sowed and the sad part is it was so unnecessary. We are where we are now and I reckon we will have a few seasons in League 1 to mull over the decisions that put us there.
