Cmon!! Like waiting for Mounie to make his way into the box is this! Oh that's a bit harsh, that trip to Selhurst Park will live long in the memory so Mounie bought himself a huge amount of credit that day in my book. |

There hasn't been anything of substance before or after this? Why are we so convinced this random name more than any other is the one this time? Not saying it isn't true, but where is the evidence? It's based on maynardblue liking tweets containing his name and dirtyoldtown suggesting an announcement is close with a bit of word play to suggest this is the guy. |

I worked for a company that was acquired a few yrs ago. Right up until the announcement the odds were on the company selling out to some more VC’s, then at the 11th hour a big corporate came in, totally out of the blue to what had been talked about in the days beforehand. Things can fall through, someone can make an impulse buy, even with the sort of money we’re taking about, which is a lot to you & I of course, but companies/individuals with a few hundred million at their disposal, punting £50-£100m is a calculated bet for them. |
