I like the idea of someone who has been at the club for so long managing town for a game, thereâs always a small chance that Itâs Maynard đ
Might have dreamt it but didnt there used to be an American girl that posted on here who claimed to have been romantically involved with him? Circa 2004. Who Worthy or Maynard? If it was Maynard can he get romantically involved with another American girl? Maybe KNs daughter? He would definitely keep his status as DATMs top ITK then đ

Still canât believe he got sent off at Accrington in the FA Cup. That was the worst red card decision Iâve ever seen.
Anyone know what system he is likely to play? Did he have a familiar system for the B team?

Scored in the 1-0 win v Massive about nineteen years ago to put a dent in their promotion hopes from league one, although they did go up via the playoffs...oh for a 1-0 win on saturday.

Did he have a familiar system for the B team? bloody hated that game. Was away at uni then, came home from the pub back to the halls to find a note pinned to my door that said "who the f**k are Accrington Stanley" courtesy of a lad who was a Chelsea glory-hunter. Unfortunately Half Man Half Biscuit had not yet written "Rock & Roll Is Full Of Bad Wools" so I couldn't respond with "You come from Marple, do you ever get to Edgeley Park?" and had to revert to the old reliable "f**k off, dickhead"

Did he have a familiar system for the B team? B teams tend (not saying this is the case) to play in a formation that mirrors the first team. Usually to help with familiarity and to make it easier for players switching between the two teams. In which case it's a clean slate, thank lord.

Does that mean that the B team also played the wrong formation for the players they had available and then played them in the wrong positions too?đđ¤Ł

Did he have a familiar system for the B team? The Accrington one was a shocker. Basically got sent off for kicking the ball clear dangerously! I can only remember him getting one other red card and that was equally as ridiculous. Against Leeds at our place and he got sent off for being slapped/pushed in the face by a Leeds player!

We finished like a train and very nearly made those play-offs. Wasn't it a late equaliser against us at home to Colchester - a fumble by Rachubka - that stopped the Young Guns finishing 6th?

That sending off in the FA Cup was one of the worst red cards I've seen (if I remember rightly - it was an age ago). Against Accrington? Live on telly? And the commentators tried justifying it

Fat knacker pub player Gouck then going on to score the winner just compounded the misery.

The ref at Accrington was Mike Jones, ginger wanker that went on to be shite in the PL. The one against the Chesties was a 2nd yellow that even their manager, Gary MacAllister, said was ridiculous.

The Accrington match was a nightmare for me all round. I queued at the ticket office for tickets and they sold the last one to the person in front of me in the queue. Not content with watching on TV, the next day I drove to Accrington to get a ticket in the home end. They were aware that Huddersfield fans might try this, but living in Rochdale at the time, I showed my driving licence and claimed I was a Rochdale fan but my Dad supported Accrington (thereby avoiding any Accrington related questions).
Come the day of the match I was suffering badly with flu, but still went. I think you could just about see me on the TV coverage slowly walking to the exits following the goal as all around me went wild. Horrible

Spoke well. Like how he suggested there would be a change in mentality. Didn't give too much away in terms of injuries. They're going to make a call on Helik tomorrow. Didn't expect any long term injuries to return (do we class Ward and Burgzorg as long term?) No doubt in my mind this game will be tough. Vital we win.

Driving back down to Staffs on motorway, my tyre blew and had to wait three hours in the gloom for RAC to arrive. Horrible day.

No doubt in my mind this game will be tough though. And very little doubt that Helik won't be fit. Liked his enthusiasm and hopefully the freedom will rub off on the players.

Said more in 10 minutes without saying much than I've heard in the last 23 games.
Good luck worthy, the crowd will 100% be behind you and up for tomorrow. UTT.

As a 16 year old I got absolutely trolleyed at my mates house party on Peach schnapps ..think it was New Years eve...somehow got up the next morning after an hour or two in bed with the worst hangover Ive ever had to this day. Got myself to Leeds Road to get the coach to Luton for an FA cup match. Vommitted periodically all the way there in a plastic bag. Struggled through the game where Brian Laws got stupidly sent off and we lost 2-0, and then felt like shit all the way home again. Absolutely awful day out in every way.

Sounds to me heâs basically saying Moore had a far too negative and defensive mindset. I think thereâs no doubt we made the right decision letting him go. Looking forward to seeing them play âwith the shackles offâ.
