I’m dipping my toes back in to see if I’m still a jinx for these things…
Maybe a bit of over confidence will creep in with the Saints and we can lull them into a false sense of security, then strike with a 95th minute winner?
🤞🤞

Dry bumming I’m afraid. Hopefully that also means we will give it a go. I’d rather lose 5 nil and show positivity and give them something to think about then park the bus and invite on after of attack eventually conceding and losing anyway. 3-0 town

They’ve got to lose at some point.
Southampton 0-1 Town, Koroma with the goal.

EFL international live tv game for anyone on holiday or living abroad, if Rotherham can go to St Marys & return with a point then anything is achievable......Referee is David Webb, he did the home game v Saints.

I'm normally of the half-full glass persuasion but I'd like to smoke some of what the two voting win have been imbibing

They’ve got to lose at some point. Southampton 0-1 Town, Koroma with the goal. Yup. And actually (and I find this incredible!) - there's only four teams in the entire division who haven't lost in the last 4 league games...and we are two of those teams! We've been difficult to beat recently, thats a good starting point for a game like this.

I'm normally of the half-full glass persuasion but I'd like to smoke some of what the two voting win have been imbibing I'm trying to be ultra positive 🤣 Haven't smoked anything since 5/1/08 😉 They've not lost since September, but they've got to lose sometime 🤞. Although listening to the We Are Terriers podcast, their last 5 home games are all wins and scored 19 goals and conceded 1 - so maybe shouldn't be that hopeful 🙄

They’ll be too good for us, 3-0 to Soton. No disgrace.

Think if we get same result as Stoke and QPR this week it is good for us as they play each other next week and if we beat Sunderland any result in that game would be good for us a draw between them we climb above Stoke, a Stoke win would put us three more points above QPR, QPR win puts us two points above Stoke.

Yeah I'd take a Darren Moore as well Is that slang for Whore... 😊 The reason I ask is that when I was heading down to Huddersfield for the double header v Bristol City and Preston North End in December I was asked in the best local footy bar if I was gonna get a Darren Moore... When I promptly asked back - ‘What The Fcuk’s a Darren Moore’ they said “Ah C’mon C***i - ya know fine it’s a bloody Whore” ! Ah well - I guess ya learn something new every day !!!! 😬

If we treat this game as a one off cup game and get in their faces and play with high energy then anything is possible
Saints 0-1 Town
They ain't Real Madrid and should not be feared

If we have to lose, make it 1-0 and preserve goal difference almost.
But I hope for Pont(s)

Looks like Radulovic is in full training with Helik and Burgzorg on the grass but not with the group.

If we treat this game as a one off cup game and get in their faces and play with high energy then anything is possible Saints 0-1 Town They ain't Real Madrid and should not be feared While I admire your loyalty AND hope you're right, Town will have to be on their mettle even to get a point. Saints will seek to wear Town down with a compelling mix of pressing and rapid passing. Swansea, which seeks to onplay dec not football with lots of possess (led by Grimes) had no answer - worn down by Saints. If Town seek to pursue their fast counter- attacking style, they have a chance. It would lead to an entertaining match.
