An extremely long afternoon against Russell Martin's (albeit winning) 'snoreball'.

Stick the, arrogant post in our changing rooms. They say they've improved since draw,at our place. So have we by another 7 or 8 fit players, silly arses!

Some very patronising comments on their forum. Lets hope we can somehow shut them up with a result (wouldnt be upset with a draw in this one)
They are that stupid they think Harratt is missing due to the betting suspension , and that this in somehow weakens us anyway.
Come on Town lets give them a game!

Will be a loss but hopefully we show a bit of threat. New manager likely announced soon after.

For those who have to take a radio commentary on Saturday, see if you can get Radio Solent. Commentator Adam Blackmore and pundit Jo Tessem actually appreciate decent football by Saints' opponents, and are real enthusiasts.
Blackmore can be the radio equivalent of Jonathan Pearce, but he knows his stuff.
I already have tickets for Saturday, so I will dispense with their services.

Just be happy keeping the goal difference as limited as possible in this one.

They have to lose at some point.
We are full of confidence, getting key players back and have just battered wednesday scum 4-0!
That being said…

That particular post was vile but I was pleased to see that the neanderthal who posted it was called out on it by a fair few others. .....quite a few reckoned we could be a banana-skin..... and fair play to whoever referred to us as 'know-it-all ferret-fiddlers'.

Think I’d go with the 4-2-3-1 that we moved to once Healey went off on Saturday. Nicholls Spencer Pearson/balker Lees Yuta Hogg Matos Sorba Wiles Koroma Radulovic
Helik on the training vid seemingly this one just too early possibly.Save him maybe even for the hull game with Pearson lees and balker all to select from. Can’t decide whether would go with balker or Pearson as both played well at weekend.Balker maybe favoured for his pace.Would shift Spencer out to his favoured position on the right with Yuta back to offer a more balanced back 4. I’d keep wiles in off the back of a strong performance and the fact that when he does play well he is probably our best passer of a ball. Rudoni to miss out based on koroma getting 2 goals and that we will play on the break and likely need his pace.Need to show that good performances(albeit for 15 minutes of a game) keep you in the side. Hopefully no injuries should then mean we can rotate for the midweek game a touch. Chuck Helik and burgzorg back in in a weeks time and it’s the strongest the squad has been all season.
What I should have said also is that for most of the game it will probably look more like a 4-5-1 than a 4-2-3-1 but when we break we do need to get some bodies round Radulovic.

This will be a straight forward home win. I'd be tempted to rest a few to keep key players fresh for the more winnable game against Sunderland

Always hopeful of an upset and would take their hand off if offered a point. Realistically think it will be home win by a 2 or 3 goal margin.

Think if we can’t get some sort of result most would be happy to maybe see something like us pegging them next to 1-1 at some point and Radulovic to get his first goal.

Might not be the best game for Radulovic to start. I'd put Koroma up front and Diarra on the wing so we have more pace on the counter and bring Radulovic on around the 60 minute mark if we are chasing the game by a goal or two

I don't know what's worse , being a ferret fiddler or a dog botherer? Class post mentioned above as follows "This will be another team of Northern wankers put to the sword. Routine 5-0, fuck knows who gets the goals, fuck knows who starts with everyone fit and in form. Those Ee-Bah-Gum shitcunts will wish they stayed home looking after their whippets. Fuck off back to your desolate shitholes. Yeah, let's stuff these know-it-all, ferret fiddlers." - Now I am not sure about you but I have never owned a ferret or a whippet and as far as I can tell where I live is not a desolate shithole either - in fact the views out the back are quite stunning. Not quite sure where these shandy-drinking southerners get their ideas from - maybe they havent visited us "oop north" but they are always welcome to visit for a trip and see what we can offer or perhaps a day outside in the sunshine away from their crayons and warrior keyboards might prove beneficial.

With all the drawing that HTAFC have done this season - Town could currently adopt the nickname of ‘The Crayons’ 😬
(And I’d be delighted with another one on Saturday for sure) !

That Southampton fan clearly has probably never been far from the end of his street and certainly never been up here. I just wish we would not stereotype other clubs fans in the same way as some of theirs do us. Even Leeds have some decent and knowledgeable fans.
Forest fans, mind you, the thick, half witted, deluded, cap doffing, bunch of utter fucking scabs, can go bust. They can fuck right off.
