Where would we be with a proper manager in charge all season? Top result. What a difference since we got rid of Moore. I feel sorry for Port Vale.
I was dismissive of putting Worthington in charge for the rest of the season, but I might have changed my opinion.

Every Town player grafted their arse off, total team 100% effort.

Bloody hell, these players are obviously doing it for Worthington. We look like a proper championships side for a change.

What a win. You can ignore mistakes when players are being positive and going for it.
Delboy looked rapid just a shame he couldn't sort his feet out

Well played Town. I don't think anybody played badly. Rudoni was excellent, except for his powder puff effort at the end. Kasumo is getting better and better in the defensive role. Break it up, win the ball move it forward.
Again, there's no chance Spencer is here next season.

That will do, ok rode our luck at times but who cares!!. The stats favour them but we hit the net, they didn't!!. Now 8 points above the massive and 5 in front of QPR the team who have had countless times to leapfrog us. Congratulations to Worthy for the worthy praise he well deserves for the last 3 performances!!!. ONTO HULL!!!.

Give it Jonny Fucking Worthington till the end of the season. Great battling performance. Never seen a more blatant red than the one against Pearson. That ref was an absolute disgrace.

Wasteful with our chances but other than that, an outstanding performance. Players gave absolutely everything and we pressed them out of the game.
We'll be fine.

Give Worthington what he wants as no new manager could do as well and if we dont sign him someone other club will
This surely is a no brainer

Yes, we lacked composure at times, and invited a bit of pressure late on, but we were the team that created the most chances and looked the most threatening. Probably should have won by more.

What a performance, and what a victory.
Sunderland should have had a red, one cleared off the line, one hit the post. I’ve got to say I was against worthington till the end of the season as it’s such an important decision, but now I’m sat here thinking why not? The lads seem right behind him.
Special mentions
Spencer - where the f**k has this player come from. Out of position and probably my MOM.
Lees - other than nearly scoring an own goal at the end, really solid performance
Matos - brought off because of his yellow, but another cracking performance from the young lad
Zorg- really positive impact, get him fit and we have a really good team on paper.
They are fighting for the cause, breaking with pace, and defending with real intelligence, long may it continue

Immense effort again. Should have won by three with chances created and pens not given. We made them look very ordinary. Rudoni did a great job on Clarke

I'm absolutely shagged just watching that. My nerves were completely shredded the last 20 minutes. How great it's been to simply FEEL SOMETHING while watching town again. Each of the last 3 games have been brilliant in different ways. Can't fault a single player tonight, they were brilliant. Hogg coming on, and the tireless effort of Rudoni were the difference those last few minutes

What a great performance, they ran their arses off, great shifts from all of them especially Pearson, Matos, Rudoni and Sorba as usual. Spencer is a massive talent, easily as good as Toffolo these last few games and he’s starting in the PL.
Happy for them to give it Worthy till the end of the season they’re clearly happy playing under him, bringing someone in now could do more harm than good.

Burgzorg a very dangerous player when he's on his arse.

Pleased for fans, players and coaching staff. Won't do many doubles this season so make most of it. Nice to see a chink of light between us and bottom 3. Something for new gaffer to build on.
