Balker & Spencer’s recovery speed were both outstanding tonight.
So glad Del Boy is back too.
Having Kasumu & Matos helps with our high press too
So I now think the board speak to worthy and give it him until the end of the season if he will do it. That gives the club to go out and find the right man for us going forwards without rushing into a drastic decision.

What is wrong with these refs. First Blackburn on Burgzorg and now this. I can guarantee we're getting a red for absolutely fuck all very soon.

Most refreshing thing for me is. .
The players look like they are enjoying themselves.
That in itself makes a ton of difference.
Matos, what a player he will be.
Balker, hope he isn't injury prone, but 3 incredible challenges tonight due to his pace.
Spencer, phenomenal.
JW has instilled a belief back into the squad. Minor tweaks was all that was needed and so far, 3 games. 2 wins. 2 clean sheets. And abattling performance to be proud of in the defeat.

What a performance, and what a victory. Sunderland should have had a red, one cleared off the line, one hit the post. I’ve got to say I was against worthington till the end of the season as it’s such an important decision, but now I’m sat here thinking why not? The lads seem right behind him. Special mentions Spencer - where the f**k has this player come from. Out of position and probably my MOM. Lees - other than nearly scoring an own goal at the end, really solid performance Matos - brought off because of his yellow, but another cracking performance from the young lad Zorg- really positive impact, get him fit and we have a really good team on paper. They are fighting for the cause, breaking with pace, and defending with real intelligence, long may it continue I'd have given the Man of the Match to Pearson... Clarke never got a sniff. Burgzorg a very dangerous player when he's on his arse. Pearson was really good, however I think Rudoni’s performance in front of him is a massive reason Clarke was so well nullified. As someone said above too, Balker was immense, his pace is a real asset. Hopefully the injury isn’t too bad….

Considering the effort these lads put in on Saturday that was a very good performance and another tough one on Saturday to come.So we couldn't ask for anymore, keep it up boys.

The pressing - the intent - the passion. There is no debate - give it to JW right now - and sign the contract on the pitch. They are going to need to get fitter to keep playing Worthington Ball.

Great result and what graft these lads put in.
Although nervously I liked we were going for the second instead of running the clock down, shows what we are about. Nearly cost us (Tom Lees) but if that's how we're going to do things, then so be it.
Side note
Matos is a f*****g beast of a player. Everywhere today. Thought he should have had a penalty too. He's definitely got a good career in front of him

Not seen such a drastic change in performances since Wagner took over. He’s done an unbelievable job. It simply has to be him til the end of the season now. Anything else would be a huge risk. I suspect he himself will be seriously considering if it’s what he wants to pursue now.

Only three points behind 14th place. Mid-table mediocrity is within our grasp! Goal difference is also close - only 3 worse than Blackburn, Birmingham and Swansea.

3 points from 15th spot..
If we can keep JW until we're safe then let new guy have 'em for the final 6-8 games or so..
Now a massive game v Hull.....always awkward but could put some real distance between us and the drop zone..QPR at in form Bristol C.
