Can't believe we sent this lad out on loan and brought Edwards in.... The loan spell has been fantastic for him and us, but surely his development would still have happened of we had played him here. Depends if Warnock would have played him. The fact he went out on loan may mean he wasn't likely to.

Who's idea was it to bring him back early? Looks an absolute masterstroke currently.

Turton seemingly (at the time) about to come back from injury and Spencer getting plenty of game time north of the border I feared that it was a very short sighted decision. How wrong was I?

You’d have to expect that he was doing his own analysis and maybe even influenced the return?
Imagine sitting up in Scotland, knowing you could do a better job than the blokes you were watching from afar, wouldn’t you try and influence a few people to get them to bring you back?
He’s been one of the top performers, never shirks, what’s not to like?

Can we send Ben Jackson to Motherwell if that how good players respond to 6 months north of the border? Happily send him anywhere not a fan

Look mate, don't start policing my views, I'll air my opinion if I want. You've really got my hackles up now. You always do it though. After such a good performance from the team last night you still have to find fault with someone. I could give several examples of players who I thought were at fault at times last night but the overall display against a very good side was excellent. This is the first time this season I have really started enjoying games and I don’t see any benefit from unnecessarily picking out individuals with negative comments. Just enjoy the ride for once. You sound like a social media police officer. He’s not being negative about the team just not a fan of BJ and to be fair I’m very positive about town and KN but for me BJ isn’t a championship player . UTT already enjoying the ride .

Mental that 6 weeks ago if Motherwell had offered us £750k to take him permanently we'd have probably snapped their hands off, yet if a bottom half prem team offers us £4 million in the summer we'll hopefully tell them where to go.
Serious, serious player we've got on our hands.

It was the the reply to a poster saying BJ could do with a loan at Motherwell and his reply being 'They can keep him'. If you don't think he has played as well as he should have then say you thought we were weaker down that side when he came on, but that was uncalled for in my opinion. He is one of our young players. He has had some decent games at right back earlier in the season but maybe he doesn't match up to Spencer. Lees nearly scored another own goal but he gets no criticism. As I have said before some posters need a whipping boy even when we play well and win.

Broadie has been nothing short of top class, since he retured to the club. He has been solid in defence and is starting to strike up a good relationship with sorba which is great to see. I hope his form carries on as it is and he develops into what we always thought / hoped he could become.

That tackle in the Man City game against Gomez, was it? was a joy to behold. Spencer was fouled himself, but it was the other bloke who was left rolling around on the floor looking like a berk. Exactly the kind of attitude I want our players to have.

Was incredible again today. Easy MOTM pick for me and there is no doubt in my mind that he's a future prem player. Only thing to do now is empty his pockets. I'm sure that the chesties will be wanting James and Gnonto back at the training ground tomorrow

If we'd have signed him in January for £2-3m we'd be well pleased with the business we'd done.
Biggest loan player butsting on the scene since Jack Hunt.

Honestly, this guy is a revelation. Gets better by the game. He’s just so consistent and dependable, at this rate, he’s got one hell of a future ahead of him.

I said all along he is a baller. Even his few appearances prior to his loan were decent Nah not having that. He looked poor on the ball and well short of this level. He's now looking like a quality championship full back. Strong in the tackle, fast, composed on the ball. Aside from his mishap last week for their goal he hasn't put a foot wrong

Brodie Spencer is the genuine article. He has pace, good positioning sense, good in the air and boy can he tackle. He could go all the way to the Premiership, hopefully with Town, and at this rate will be attracting admiring glances from teams already in the top flight. He would fit right in at City already he is that good.

Balker and Helik with Headley and Spencer either side is a formidable defence for our level

Pre loan he was a boy. Post loan he has bulked up and is a man. He is a brilliant player. A few months ago I was wondering whether any players in our squad had any value at all. Now we have loads who I would say are destined to be sold on for millions/play in the PL.
