How good is this lad? Looks like a Rolls-Royce at the minute.
Get him on a good contract because he could make us a few quid.

He’s absolutely immense. Seen 9/10 performances every game since he’s been back. 19 years old, wow!

Really impressed with him at the minute, athletic, pace, strong in the tackle, if I had 1 criticism that will stop him going to the top is his weak foot is well..... weak.

Been brilliant since his recall. The cramping up is a little concerning but can be worked on. I just wish we had a good enough left back so he can play on the right.

The pace and running power that he, Matos, Kasumu, Balker etc add to the team makes such a difference. We instantly look like a very capable side for this level

Been superb since coming back. Really chuffed for him.
Needs to get his fitness up but otherwise he’s defo on the right path. And totally versatile in the back line

It's fashionable to knock Scottish football but it's a hard school none the less. If you're a battler and determined I think it will only improve your attitude and overall game. Very pleased for Brodie. UTT!!

It always felt like they had half a mind to fast track him into the First Team setup. Even as far back as Carlos' time. He was never sent out on one of those 'work experience' loans that most of them do nowadays. In the end the half season at Motherwell has worked perfectly - credit to David Fox.
Brilliant to see him flying past NI teammates Hume and Ballard in the 2nd half. He has a level of athleticism we've rarely seen in our academy products.

Exceptional tonight. Needs to be right back long term but fair play he's grabbing his career after his recall.

Looks the part. Solid in the tackle. Great at taking on defenders and wins headers too. The club have a real prospect on their hands here.

Can we send Ben Jackson to Motherwell if that how good players respond to 6 months north of the border?

Looking forward to seeing him playing on the right. Great athleticism and can tackle. Hoping he has a good cross in him. Difficult to tell at this stage given he is so one footed. But very encouraged.

Very pleased for Brodie. UTT!! As a place to send youth prospects the SPL is superb. Simply because of the variation between top and bottom. The Old Firm would cut it at the bottom of the PL. The bottom of the table is upper end Lg2. Our youth can get in the team AND be up against decent opposition. There's nowhere I'd rather send our youngsters to.

I recall the first time I saw him play. It was a B team fixture and I thought he had something about him then. Even so, I thought "he'll have a career, probably not at this level but he'll make it at at Lg 1 or at least Lg2 level
Fair to say I underestimated him. He's been superb.

No doubt in my mind he banks a 15-20million transfer to the prem if he continues like this.
Could really notice a difference when he came off. What a player!!!
19 years old too!

Big potential, can improve on attributes that can be learnt/coached and has the attributes that you can’t teach, pace, heart etc etc. Rare for us to have our own 19 year old look comfortable at this level

Young Players get sent out on loan to gain experience as we know. Rarely do any from Town come back better players. But wow, Spencer absolutely has. Hard to believe he’s only 19, strong, quick, excellent positioning, he’s got the lot and seems stronger by the game.

Miles clear of Connor Bradley (at least in my and Michael O'neill's opinion) and a year younger so could well be in the prem in the not too distant future, hopefully with Town

Can we send Ben Jackson to Motherwell if that how good players respond to 6 months north of the border? And Loick Ayina as well. The biggest team in Scotland will sort him out better than clubs like Dundee United and Ross County. Also if part of the deal states that we get Lennon Miller I would be happy. He was starting regularly for them before the injury he's just come back from at 17 and he was holding his own very well

Tom Edwards was the Brodie Spencer of 2017, very highly rated and tipped for a big future, starting Prem games including against us. Maybe he's inadvertently scared Brodie into action a bit as well- I threw it away, don't let it happen to you!
