Right. The season starts now! All of our remaining games are winnable. Forget everything that's gone before. We can still do this.

4-1 to Carlos is terrible. Considering the dull stuff we played under him we’ve made them look like Liverpool. Also the lack of quality of the squad has really been shown here. No composure, slow, nobody can pass a ball. It’s a wonder we are still in the fight. Carlos is absolutely top class, gets the very best from not a lot. Unfortunately our owner at the time couldn't be arsed supporting him. If we go down the problem lays firmly at Hoyle's door to start with and Nagle just buried us moving Warnock to Moore. When the accounts come out, I bet we spent more that summer than the previous one. Carlos used it as an excuse. He knew he couldn't repeat what was a fluke season.

Well it's going to be a long run in based on that second half dross.

Just seen that second goal and VAR gives that offside by a cock hair and this is straight after the Zorg miss them there’s a foul on Lees for the third I can’t believe our players just didn’t complain to the ref it’s ludicrous

Initial reaction sat in my car. The manager is a clown. After so many managers struggling with this squad... I think the problem is probably elsewhere

No composure, slow, nobody can pass a ball. It’s a wonder we are still in the fight. Under him we were a bit dull, much like how they were in the first half... but he also turned it on at times like they did in the second. We should have been ready for them to come out the way they did after the break. The man's a snake, but snakes are dangerous.

Wiles? Not a chance. Darren Moore completely ruined us. Wiles should have been given a chance to get fit to begin with rather than playing, he played himself into extremely bad form, and no confidence. Lack of pace has been apparent for years at the back. Balker, Headley and Spencer change that up. Our new signings: Balker, Headley and Bojan, need to have a pair of bollocks and be available. We're in a relegation battle and we need fighters. Nah. The club ruined us keeping DM here for way too long! Everyone could see he needed to go at Christmas yet the club couldn’t. This is what’s cost us! We also needed strikers and despite spending millions they somehow got that wrong too! To be fair most pointed out at the time of his rumoured appointment that he wasn't what we needed. The absolute bullshit surrounding the spin put out by those responsible for hiring him was beyond belief!

Just seen that second goal and VAR gives that offside by a cock hair and this is straight after the Zorg miss hentheres a foul on Lees for the third I can’t believe our players just didn’t complain to the ref it’s ludicrous What's the point in complaining to the ref? He won't change his mind and would more than likely dosh a yellow out. Not defending the decision, but without VAR, linesman gave advantage to the attacker. Other way around we would have expected the flag to stay down. The 1st goal, carbon copy of Cardiffs, not closing down quick enough to get infront of the attacker. Pearson today was the weak link, slower at pushing out. Got caught out a few times by the runners. Overall, good 1st half in which a decent team go in 2 or 3 up. 2md half just typical town of late.

Whilst the squad is weak the starting XI is not but we do lack goals (still) Basically 45 mins have made people state that Pearson is L1 & Hogg and Lees are passed it. Every player was poor second half and we are possibly still feeling the affects of the Leeds performance as we have had 3 lethargic half’s of football since! Rotherham we need to go there and win and things will look different again. Fitness attitude resilience and ability we are lacking in all these vital areas

Fucking shite spineless crumbling capitulating c****. That's exactly the kind of thing that relegated teams do. If we can't beat Rotherham next week we can start planning for League 1 at 5pm next Saturday.

I’m expecting the usual overreactions on here after a 1-4, but the Baggies did the important stuff better than we did.
We’re far from doomed, plenty of opportunities left for us to get the points and drag a few sides down into the mix.
A really disappointing result after going in 1-0 at the break, will have to see the replays to see if we were unlucky with the decisions.
What I will say though, is that we always look a yard slower when up against technical teams. That needs to be addressed sharpish, because we can’t keep relying on Refs and linesmen to give us the decisions, even if we deserve them.
We need to fight our way out of this, I’m still confident we’ve enough in this team to do that, the players need to show some real desire in the last few games.
UTT!!!

Is it just me, or did there seem to be an abnormal number of Police around today?
Or maybe more noticeable in a thinning crowd walking up towards town?

Just want to know what matos and koroma have done wrong?
Danny Ward must be superb in training.

Koroma for example is probably the best finisher who’s currently fit. Matos is limited but has the bite that we miss. Yet players like Hogg or Rudoni start constantly despite not offering much on the actual pitch, must be class in training though.

What is it with Town fans? Wagner and Corberan oversaw by far our most successful seasons since the early 70s, yet they get little credit from some fans. Yet other managers, who achieved far less, are viewed far more favourably. I genuinely can't my head around it.

It was obvious we would go hell for leather in the 1st half.
West Brom simply rope-a-doped us, let us burn ourselves out and picked us off in the 2nd half.
Our lack of technical ability means we have very little game management and looked utterly lost when they upped the intensity.

Convinced equaliser offside was nearly inline with it. Linesman was dire all game. Lees at fault with 2nd fucking about by corner flag when should have got rid. Nicholls looked nervous distribution not good. So on to Rotherham.

Imagine the names the current fan base would have called Herbert Chapman when he buggered off to Arsenal! I wonder if he had much personality? Was his brand of football exciting?!? If the answer to either of those two questions is ‘no’, we should probably stop celebrating his achievements.

Well WBA stepped up 2nd half, played well, didn't allow us to press and settle in, and took their chances (and scored a worldie)
Outhought Outfought Outplayed
They were miles better than the chestwankers were
3 points next Saturday and things might look a bit rosier

That said, I still recognise the scale of his achievements. Infact, despite having different styles, Corberan and Warnock play in a similar way; keep things tight and try to make the most of moments in matches.

Our lack of technical ability means we have very little game management and looked utterly lost when they upped the intensity. So their plan was to go 1-0 down at half time? We were better in the first half and after a rollocking they came out of the traps quickly. We needed to ride out that spell but they scored an offside goal, we missed a great chance and mentally fell apart.
