Assuming we stay up and get him again next season I'd hope we have a bit more freedom- if Chelsea want him ready for their first team at some point he's going to have to get the minutes... but if there are restrictions on his minutes then he's better on the bench, starting him is just guaranteeing at least one of your changes and shows your hand to the opposition.

Of course this talk of restrictions might be bobbins, in which case maybe André has seen a side to Matos that he's not keen on.

Also, Rudoni can be wasteful, but he is a team player. Burgzorg is a greedy player who just wants to do everything by himself.

To be fair, we do have other players who don't look for a pass, but none as extreme as Burgzorg.

It's a shame, because he is obviously talented. Just has no footballing brain.
