Just had a lovely long walk round Bristol city centre. Weather perfect, lovely city, all set for a Town walloping! The football has definitely been the worst part of pretty much every away day this season for me.

Trouble with watching Town is even if we go 1-0 up we just know most times we're not going to win..In fact it just makes it more nerve racking waiting for the equalizer...2-0 would help but again I wouldn't feel confident of a victory.. Our vulnerability to defend in the last 10-15 minutes has been exposed multiple times..in fact 2/3rds (43)of our goals conceded (69)have come in the 2nd half...17 in the final minutes..
We're doomed I tell you...doomed...

Going through the relegation predictor last week I had us taking zero points from Preston and one from Bristol.
I'd be delighted if we come away with anything this afternoon.
In the likely event that we don't, hopefully the wider DATM membership can hold its collective nerve in the build up to the two home games which were always going to determine our fate.

Does anyone share my view that we are now in the last chance saloon? A loss today, combined with bad results elsewhere, would certainly make things look very sick.
Time for each and every player to dig deep and die for the shirt. Show us the kind of spirit that's made me proud to be a fan for nearly 60 years.

I know a lot are talking about how Bristol City annihilated Blackburn and that we need to be weary but have you seen the highlights? Every single goal (bar the 5th) was absolutely pathetic from a Blackburn point of view. Defensive errors and blunders put them 4-0 down.
We are shit but we are at least somewhat organised at the back, especially if we get Lees in to sturdy things up a bit.
I think we can shock Bristol today, they’ll be flying high but they’re due a shock.
3-1 town.
