I do not like Liam Manning's comments one bit. First-name terms with the officials, mateyness, praise for 'bravery' when she's made an almighty error that just happens to be in his favour. If a manager can be charged for criticising officials, then that's worse. Notable that in both games we've had Ms Welch we've faced opposition who have been on 'first-name terms' with her, and we've come off worse for not being her mates. No, officials should be titled. Mr Jones. Ms Welch. And you refer to them as such in interviews. If criticism isn't allowed, then neither is praise.

Bravery would have been booking the City player who rushed into her face. Bravery would have been coming to the press and admitting she fucked up. Not one of her actions around this incident has even SEEN bravery, and I'd say the same if it was a bloke. She was far too easily intimidated by that City player. If my sis had been ref and he'd rushed at her like that, she'd have smacked him in the face and then sent him off for headbutting her fist

About time we were allowed to bring our own!

About time we were allowed to bring our own! She's a L***s fan so I wouldn't tempt fate. Although she is unusual for a L***s fan in that she doesn't hate us, admits we're rivals and laughs at other L***s fans who say Manure are their rivals

Although she is unusual for a L***s fan in that she doesn't hate us, admits we're rivals and laughs at other L***s fans who say Manure are their rivals Still a better option than someone who inevitably works at the DVLA or something like that!
