In a box last week and the order was 10 pints if Town lager on repeat. £60 a round. What other choice did we have? Amstel? John Smiths? Shocking choice of drinks but great service and great hospitality. Surely, it cannot take too much effort to get Guinness, decent pales, decent lagers and decent ciders in? Surely? Almost certainly a contractual thing? Yeah but surely (surely!) in hospitality, there should be a choice other than shit drinks? They are just shit drink choices.

I'd rather we didn't to be honest as we usually play like spanners when a full house turn up

Brum are doing something similar for tomorrows game v Coventry, SC holders can purchase extra tickets (Ad-£15, Sen/U22-£10, kids-£5)........Not bad for Cat A fixture, around 1000 left.

Swansea will probably bring no more then 250/300 fans while the Blue Noses will sell out.

Unless we win tomorrow, don’t bother. Not for the Swansea game, try encourage a better atmosphere amongst the more loyal ones there anyway than get some moaners in waiting to boo.

I’d Leave them in the South Stand but push them as far right as possible. Makes seats first come, actually behind the goal with an option to transfer to the South Stand from the other stands?

I know we’ve talked before, but quick thoughts- Easiest ways to pack the place for the next home matches? Need realistic ideas to fill it up as much as possible and get loud and fully behind the lads. Appreciate it As discussed earlier in the season when the light show was trialled. It’s pretty straightforward stuff…. A team that is rubbish and languishes at the lower end of the table will see the number of supporters decline ( that is us as much as it hurts). A team that is doing well (2017 town side) will see crowds increase. You can have all the gimmicks you want but supporters want to see a winning side. Not rocket science really.

Get contractors in to turn all the seats away from facing the pitch.

Start by getting a win tomorrow. Wins will encourage fans to turn up more than any other gimmick. Get safe before the Birmingham game and it could be a sell out. If we're safe before the Birmingham game it'll be miles off a sellout

I know we’ve talked before, but quick thoughts- Easiest ways to pack the place for the next home matches? Need realistic ideas to fill it up as much as possible and get loud and fully behind the lads. Appreciate it We have, remember? We spoke before Christmas. Kevin asked this very question regarding attendance and atmosphere to the Cowshed Loyal and a few other representatives from other fan groups and some members from the ATT panel. We sat chatting to you for two hours and at the time we reiterated the point heavily that winning games of football and simple affordable pricing helps considerably. Remember, it was Kevin who came to us and asked the question. Some will say, you should turn up make a noise no matter what. Last season, after a grand total of 5 managers, we mustered 8 wins all season at home, this season, after four managers so far, we got 6 home wins all season. 14 wins at home in nearly two full seasons for a club that was at the play off final two years ago and the Premier League 6 years ago. If I was the club, I’d open the gates and let town fans in for free but given that the club in all its infinite wisdom is so desperate to push prices up next season I think it’s safe to say that won’t happen. The fact that you as Kevin’s mate has come on to ask this question just shows you how disjointed the thinking is at the club, sorry, Dave, it just does. You’ve already spoke to fan groups and the wider fan base. Realistic? I’d make it £10 in all areas, kids free and free beer for all fans. The Cowshed Loyal does actually have a display planned for the Birmingham game, it was actually planned for Middlesborough at home last year however since the attendances have plummeted, we haven’t been able to do it. Here’s examples of things we’ve done in the past and what we intend to do for the Birmingham game /mediaviewer No matter what you think or feel, the fans have being doing their bit, it’s now up to the club and players to start pulling their fingers out. I watched that footage from the Watford game after the Preston debacle to try and cheer myself up. Favourite part is the ball boys sprinting and hugging each other, that’s what football is all about! The footage from the Man Utd game is equally as brilliant. That was a truly amazing time to be a Town fans, incredibly sad that we’re a million miles away from that now. As for getting folk in the ground for Birmingham and Swansea, make it a fiver for adults and a quid for kids. Longer term they have to improve the product on the pitch, currently it’s excruciating to watch players who can’t pass five yards and can’t control a football. What I would say is that there’s normally a big dip in the performance when we offer cheap tickets to fill the ground, but we’ve been that bad this season that I don’t think it’s possible to have a big dip in performance this time around.

Move the big screens showing other matches from the Fan Zone to inside the ground.

Don't the club employ people to think of schemes and ways of getting more fans through the door? I thought this - and initially the post felt a bit weird - but then we have insisted that the club should've listened to us on the squad last summer, and the hiring / firing of Moore, so perhaps we can't complain that they're actually asking for advice.

Smacks of desperation to me. Just seems like communication to me, better than radio silence. What’s the harm in trying to gauge some thoughts from DATM? I’m sure they do employ people to market but sometimes thinking outside the box brings ideas.

Don't the club employ people to think of schemes and ways of getting more fans through the door? The fact it’s taken somebody who is incredibly close to the club to come on DATM to ask just goes to show how badly this club is run. People say the club has a bright future? To not be able to create basic marketing offers/scenarios is frightening. How can a self made millionaire/billionaire not think of this stuff?

Cheap ticket offer aside.
Give away all the unsold replica shirts and club merchandise to the first people to arrive. Could get some ex players Bullock, Dunn. Booth to hand them out in the concourses or something. Going to be worthless soon anyway with next seasons stock coming.
Do a discount on the beer kegs, pies and chocolate bars etc. Someone giving out tokens at the train station or something. A lot of it is going to waste if not sold during the last match anyway.
But more importantly it's about belief and hope. I have none now. I kind of like Kev, but I'm cautions and judging on actions. What will he do if we are relegated? How committed is he?
I need to see progress from the ownership and everytime he has tried to do that it has failed. Appoint Warnock then sack him too soon. Spend money in Jan and then they are all injured. Appoint an interesting foreign coach and then see no improvement on the field.
The on field stuff is hard and impossible for Kev to change now, but the off field stuff I have seen little improvement either.
Announce a price freeze on season tickets. Announce plans for the stadium, better yet complete the purchase of it. Sponsor it, Heart Health Stadium. New shirt sponsor. New fan pub anything really.
