Only one thing for it. Nerves are doing overdrive so it’s the pub for me this evening. This is something I cannot do... drink before a game. I want to experience every tackle, every pass, the moan/exultation from the crowd and with a skinful, the game is numbed. Afterwards, if we win... it's a different story.

Absolutely. People often don't like these kind of statements about players who work hard but at the end of the day he's simply not a championship standard footballer. He just isn't. There's no shame in it. None of us are either. Very few of our team are either come to think of it! He is though and has proved it over a number of seasons! At fault for their first goal last week, as was Nichols and others imo. And of course he's not a natural right back. If he leaves I'm sure it will be to a champ club. We’ll see in a month or two. I’d be prepared to lay money that he won’t be a championship player in August though.

Some of our more famous wins have been away from home..griffin Park..Hillsborough..Stamford bridge(draw) Tomorrow is just like a playoff semi final second leg..win that and were in the final

Tomorrow is do or die in terms of the Championship. It's going to be tense and we need other results to go our way. Come on Town, my positivity needs a charge

Also the game I blagged that you were my daughter to get in to a packed supporters bar at a ground. Was that Oxford? What great times we had. Precious, precious times

A draw for Ipswich could be enough for automatic for them and enough for us to stay up. Could be a Barnsley type scenario.

If we don’t show up tomorrow I can see there being some trouble! Let’s hope for a win!! If we don't win, I hope that the management has the sense to scrap the Lap of Honour. Otherwise it will get embarrassing at best and really nasty at worst.

André not a happy bunny and understandably so. I think it's fair to say some arses will have been kicked. Whether it will make a difference is another matter. Kicking arse is a minority part of management. Good managers, having identified and explained the problem(s), instruct, praise, encourage and coach. Let's hope that AB's management skills are up to the task!

Does anyone remember the 2000/01 relegation season? We were 20th in the championship with 4 then 3 then 2 and 1 game to play and only needed a point to stay up as we were 2 points ahead of both Palace and Portsmouth with a superior goal difference, but on the last day of the season we lost 2-1 to Birmingham whilst all our rivals both won and we finished 22nd and got relegated! Will it be repeat or revenge?
