If they copy Ruby's use of the system there is a chance it may work.
They also need to stop changing the rules to try and make VAR easier to manage but confuse everything and cause ridiculous decisions.

Sky will never allow the banning of VAR, it will kill off their Ref watch show on a Monday morning.

Teams just need to accept it was never going to be perfect and the solution really .

They've voted 19-1 in favour of keeping VAR. Twats.

They've voted 19-1 in favour of keeping VAR. Twats. So after all their whinging and moaning Forest have bottled it and not wanted to upset those above by voting against it.

Shows how disconnected the teams are from their fans. I don’t think 95% of fans are in favour of VAR…
Also, it seems part of the argument for why it was kept was because the Premier League was committed to paying for it (for the next three years I think). This should not influence the decision making process.
If I've committed to paying for a poke in the eye and I'm given a choice of whether I still want a poke in the eye, my decision making process would not be, 'well I'm paying for a poke in the eye anyway, so please, go ahead and poke my eye.' Ludicrous.

If it worked as good as it does in Rugby league there would be more people for it than against it, you only have to look at the Cov no goal to see how corrupted the game has become

Audio and shown on the big screens. That will never happen in football as it would take the biased decisions away.
