With Walsall, Wolves and Burnley still in the pot it's a great draw imo. Roll on round 3!

Surely we can't win 2 cup games in a row

Since when was Walsall in the north? Can’t complain otherwise, though I would still have preferred a home tie.

Absolutely woeful draw, maybe 3,000 there and an shocking commute for Town fans to the Midlands in which is always a very tough fixture.

Walsall were in the south section but have been moved to the north section presumably as the most northern team of the remaining southern teams, to ensure there were 24 teams in the south section and 26 teams in the north section (obviously can't have 25 in each section, which is why 1 team had to be moved from south to north)

Odd that Walsall in North but Brum in South. Hey ho Why? The boundary has to be somewhere and Walsall's north of Birmingham.

For any Town fans making the trip, don't go taking a dip in the canal

Be a new ground for me, doubt we will take many though with it being midweek and not very glamorous

For any Town fans making the trip, don't go taking a dip in the canal How on earth did that stuff end up in the Canal. I remember LB Holidays at Deighton, one week the canal would be green the next red and all the dead fish, now there is no trace of the place at all

It was obviously decontaminated prior to construction, and that decontamination is given a top up after every game vs Leeds, Forest and Wed…

Odd that Walsall in North but Brum in South. Hey ho You didn't see last year's National League North line up then? 😂 My in-laws are Bromley fans, and I remember going to watch them in a league fixture at Bishop's Stortford a few years ago. I'd stop short of calling it a local derby but we didn't have to travel for very long to get to the game. Not surprised they were pissed off at having Blyth, Spennymoor, Darlington & South Shields in their region!

I recall going to the Bescot for a league game years ago, don't think the ground had been open all that long. Think we lost and it took an age to get away from the retail park or whatever its in then there was some bridge closure meaning more delays. Soulless ground, said I'd never go back and still haven't.
