This has been a bad week. Lost from a winning position twice, both second half performances absolutely terrible. Worst of all we look downright unfit, and players who looked good in previous weeks are declining with each passing match- Evans, Hogg, and Sorensen. Not sure what Duff was playing at either, it's becoming like Mooreball, much more of a back 5 than a back 3. Ward absolutely pathetic, strange how his attitude never gets called into question but Koroma's does. I really like the look of Lonwijk, looks like a great addition and good on the ball.

Well we have “maximised” our strikers by subbing them off leaving Wiles up front (and one getting injured in warm up and one getting sent off). 😂😂😂

I actually retract any positive comments about the transfer window after that.
We needed a full overhaul and to take some risks - none of this "they won't improve us" nonsense that we hear every deadline day". All three of Rotherham's strikers today would be an improvement on our backup options.
We haven't done what was needed for the third transfer window in a row. Total neglect.

6 minutes injury time. They score dead on 90 but play doesn't start again until 90 seconds later. Two substitutions in injury time - he plays just over 7 minutes. Where's the extra minute? At least We could play til midnight and we'd be lucky to have another shot |

Shocking watch, even with 11 on the field.
But once you go 1-0 up against the run of play, the next few minutes are crucial, the ref has given them a lifeline then it really is backs against the wall.
To summarise, shit show performance but I am sure we would have picked up something without that shit penalty decision

I see that the goalscorer Wilks went on loan from the massive on Aug 14th. Was he out our league? Jesus christ. Wilks who has scored 1 goal in the last 2 seasons? There would rightly have been a fucking meltdown on here if we'd signed him but no he scored his 2nd goal in 3 seasons so with hindsight we absolutely should have got him and clearly missed out... |
