The better team lost today, other than the mistake from JK in the first half and a bad decision by the officials regarding the Keithly Cannavaro's second goal, the pints were ours. Need to work on the corners but other than that a much-improved performance. No don't laugh, its right we were the better team in all the games we lost and it was the refs, fans, tea lady's fault. Sack the tea lady work on corners and things will improve.

We are so fragile at the moment. So defensive minded. Today we’re running the game then I think it was Evans who smashed a ball 40 yards backwards to our young keeper. Why the chuff did he do that? Seriously was going through his head. Then within seconds we yet again played an awful ball backwards ( Josh this time ) managed to get away with it until Nigel refuses to put his foot through one. Negative shite allegedly possession football. It can fook right off for me.

They can’t all be bad but the theme with most of them I believe is that they all played 3 at the back. Now I mentioned this the other day but I’m fairly sure that only inter and leverkusen are the only team who are world class who play 3 at the back. Even in the premier league the majority use 4 back. So I don’t understand the obsession with it at crappy levels I agree, I hate the 3-5-2 , which was the main reason I didn’t want Duff. We’ve now recruited to suit a 3-5-2 so we’re stuck with it. We don’t have a winger on the books, which I can only imagine is by design, so Duff has to make this work. Although I didn’t want him I’m sick of changing managers so we have to stick with him, even if it means finishing mid table this season. You can talk about formations till the cows come home, the game is all about goals that win games, Duff has not got a lot of time now, he has to throw caution to the wind and start playing attacking football.

I know we, as a fanbase, are totally fed up with the shite we've been fed over quite a few years now, however, taking this game in isolation, the defeat is nothing like the last 2 defeats.
We were the better side by miles first half, though much more even second. We conceded both goals by us giving away possession needlessly, we looked comfortable defensively - other than the 2 goals did Chapman have a shot to save?
It clearly is a major concern & our mental fragility is extremely alarming, but we were clearly improved from the last 2 games, from a footballing point of view, which, to be fair, would have been really difficult to not have been.

Agreed. The individual errors for their equaliser were an absolute joke, but we played some good football at times today. Signs of improvement, so I'm not fuming as I was post Northampton and Blackpool.

Unbelievably shit. Absolutely no belief instilled in the players from the top. We've got a very good side for league one and play with no bravery. Changed absolutely nothing for the last 8 games and apparently its not the managers fault

Fair enough if we were away at Brum, but we were playing Reading - a side in financial turmoil, embargo, fans performing a protest mid game and a side full of academy lads!!! Absolutely atrocious result (again)

Yep, playing more centre backs than attackers is enough of a statement

Well that’s it for me now. I won’t be wasting anymore time and money watching these negative, boring, useless tossers.
Far better things to do then have my weekend ruined by this circus of a club.

History tends to repeat itself we are mirroring what happened in the 70s we might end up in league 2 anything is possible the rot as truly set in but we will rise again I’ve no doubt about that, but before we do we have to endure...

I've got absolutely no interest in going to the Barnsley game next week and I'm gutted about it. I'll still be there with some faint hope that we might actually turn up for once, however It's like paying to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks.

True but the concerning thing is we didn't look like getting back in the game and just didn't have the wherewithal to create anything meaningful. We had a full half hour and I don't think anyone genuinely thought we'd get an equaliser. That's against a team of kids and a club in turmoil. That's piss poor and just proves the players and formation doesn't work. I must say though that bojan looked fecking useless, slow and soft as shit when he came on. Would have been better persevering with Marshall. That's one excuse I would allow Duff.

I’m not reading the whole thread and not commenting on the performance but I still can’t believe the ref watched that Reading lad hoof the ball 80 yards up in the air, after it had gone out for a throwing, and did nothing at all. Sums up ref’s to a tee.
