Can't say I'm very confident with this one but the players need to stand up now and prove to the fans they're worthy of wearing the shirt. We can't gift goals away against this lot. It's going to be a tough night but they are abit suspect at the back. Need a Peterborough/Bolton type performance to have any chance of a result.

Absolutely zero chance of us getting something from this. We can't handle strikers who just buzz around non stop and in Stansfield they have the best in the division, maybe the best outside the Premier League.
Their two central midfielders are far too good for this level. They'll cut through our static midfield with ease.
The only bit of hope is that they looked dodgy trying to play out from the back when Posh pressed them with quickly. However, Posh were doing that with the pace of Ricky Jade Jones, we'll be trying to do it with strikers that have no pace whatsoever

Don't want to say it, but I can't see anything other than a hammering. They're on a high (top of the league I think now?), came from 2 down to win today which will increase their confidence even more, whereas we've spent most of the season being pretty poor and once again lost a game after taking the lead

Can't see anything other than a defeat, perhaps a proper arsing.
1-0 Town then 😁

Alfie May was dumped on the bench again today & managed to get 15 mins runout.....Could start against Town if Davies rests his regular 1st teamers.

6-0 Brum. Anything below 3-0 is a good result, how depressing is that.

People predicting a hammering by 4-6 may be right, but their fears are not borne out by the facts at present. We struggle to convert chances. But defensively we concede the fewest chances in the division. We’ve been a little unlucky with the way opponents have been clinical.
I suspect we’ll be beaten. But it’ll be far tighter than many want to make out. Birmingham have been clinical in games. We have not. That will, I think, be the difference. Or maybe it’s the night we take our chances at last.

Dry bum in the gob time I’m afraid can see them getting five or six. They’ve been ambitious and are showing like they want out of this league. Some say reckless but I guess little ole huddersfield will treat this like going to the Abu Dhabi lot in Manchester. A as bad he was me thinking losing five in a row in the league was what happened to us in the greedy league no wait the championship no wait league one no wait………

Can only see a 3+ goal loss in this one. Let’s face it we are crap at the moment.
Only faint hope we have is if peacock-farrell has a stinker which he is liable to do sometimes

Duff and the players need to find a result, to stem the run of defeats, to take the pressure off himself and to stop any confidence left draining totally away from the players. I can't believe I'm saying this in League One but a point would suffice.

Duff says we either win or lose at the moment so I'll go for a loss.

Some bloody overreactions on this thread.
All I’m hoping for is a decent performance, prove that there is a team in there somewhere and not just a bunch of strangers on the pitch…

Birmingham have been clinical because they have good players. We haven't been clinical because we don't have good players. You could have the highest XG all season but if your strikers and midfielders shit themselves in front of goal then it doesn't mean anything. We've signed two crap strikers to go with the crap and cripples we already had. Marshall shoots from outside the box with the same power you would get from a six year old kicking a ball for the first time. What we were thinking signing him I have no idea but it sums up our recruitment to perfection

Looking at the squad currently it seems to me only a handful have the balls to want to play on Tuesday, don't expect MD will get those left out (probably Hodge) yesterday braying on his door wanting to be picked.......Soft underbelly, more like soft as shite, would love to be proved wrong (in baited breath).
