Does it? It looks shit to me but prepared to be proved wrong. Agree it has more energy but also agree its still shit. Maybe we'll last longer than the 30 minutes we performed at Brum.... Maybe Duff needs to start using subs earlier if we run out of puff before half time again ?

Almost got us a couple of goals iirc so it wasn't all ineffective. You do see teams play like that for ninety minutes. Wagner's team never seemed to run out of steam. Bielsas Leeds team played at a ridiculous pace for 90 minutes. Bielsa's Leeds teams were absolutely f**ked at the end of every season. No coincidence that they finally went up in the covid season that effectively had a massive mid season break You didn't need to put Leeds in there. All of Bielsa's teams were done by the end of the season. |
