Not that good a private Dick then Ted!.......Just a Dick!...You opitomise little club syndrome!.....any one who has a football opinion that is not always Town related just has to support another club!!!Lived in Huddersfield 48 years...........Dont no why tho listening to people like you!, Sheffield is a better place than Huddersfield in every way!.......One thing is right about this thread......Town Fans don't deserve Dean Hoyle.......he has presided over a very successful period in Towns recent history!!! Wouldn,t think so reading some of the stuff on here tho!....Hope you reply cos i am so enjoying winding you up!!. its too easy! 50 somethings who go on football forums and say "i saw billy davies in a layby" need sectioning odd little man edit.. both you and billy

Think Dean Hoyle has done a pretty good job under difficult circumstances (the days of Ken Davy are starting to be a distant memory to most but I'll bet he still has more than a mild moment of disgruntlement occasionally...).
Temper that with the fact that few clubs are particularly healthy profitability wise and maybe you can start to understand that whilst he might not be after saviour status it really is a thankless task. Whatever level you're at we're all human beings and sometimes criticism from someone you're probably never ever going to meet in 3 lifetimes must get a bit tedious...
The key point for all those criticising is to be careful what you wish for - I imagine there are a few Pompey fans who were cockahoop when their Chairman was throwing (other people's) cash at things and getting 'ol Harry in charge, but if you asked them now there'll be many wishing they'd done things differently.
I'd argue there are very few genuinely successful football clubs out there, but of course it depends on your definition of success...
