Excellent point today. The result is the only thing that matters & the Powell bashers would do well to realise that. Christ Rocky, decent point? Are you bring serious? What against a club that has scored about 12 home goals all season and if it wasn't for their decent away record they'd be bottom 3!! You're losing the plot Rocky mate. That was utter shite today.

You make yourself look stupid by banging on about the penalties. (to be fair it's not just that, it's pretty much everything you type). Thought Wells did alright today I actually thought he was better than Vaughan. Isn't Wells our top scorer this season? All about opinions pal, your not so clever . Wells is lightweight, just accept it mate How did Edgar do today Nick? I realise you weren't there and didn't actually see him play but it doesn't seem to stop you forming a very strong opinion.

Christ that was fucking awful, but given the lateness of the equalizer its something. We were shite though, ponderous, uninventive and our decision making in key areas of the pitch is atrocious. Seriously this club is going nowhere and any Town fan who is content with the crap being dished up is either easily pleased or just plain mental. The club need to strengthen in the summer big time, although I wouldn't trust Powell with any money, even if he did bring in some quality he'd coach it out of em with his insipid and dull style if play. Just like he's coached it out of Miller eh?

Let's face it Galfarmers Miller is a much better, stronger player/ striker than Wells. Well done today Miller.

I didn't go, but there's a definite difference of opinion between those who went and those who didn't!
On the face of it, a point isn't a bad result that pushes us closer to safety.
Next season on the other hand.....

Right - 2 genuine question mate. If that is true, how do you account for the fact that only 11 teams out of 24 in this division have scored more goals than us? Secondly, how would you describe Stuart Gray's style of play?

Well the optimistic way of looking at it would be that we scored and got a point from the the club with the second best defence in the Championship - who with a decent goalscorer would be in the top six.

The current players are under performing but not by much, a top 12 finish is impossible with this bunch simply not consistently good enough so investment in new 'better' players is essential. CP is he the man to be trusted bringing in and working these better players, I think he's a good bloke but as a manager has many shortcomings the main being too conservative in his approach.

You're a fine one to talk about losing the plot. All you do is rip into the club at every opportunity & slag off a series of managers, whilst offering no solutions (oh apart from DH spending countless more millions!).

What you neglect to say though Rocky is that there only, is it 6 teams behind us in league standings and how many goals have we shipped? Seriously Rocky things have got to change.

Six games left. Millwall and Wigan would need three wins and a draw to finish above us even if we lost every game. Just from that alone I make it a good point. Happy days!

I wouldnt sell him we need 4 decent strikers for competition up front , lets add not sell ....Nakhi has come in for some unjust criticism imo, the supply and service to the front men is wank

Who did they last beat at home? oh that would be Middlesborough.... if Wednesday were that bad at home Boro must be in serious trouble this season..... I wonder where they sit in the table. Art.... I have a lot of time for you but your view of Town is so skewed you can't see an away point as a decent result. You view every other side in this division as crap and we should be beating them and when we do and have put sides to the sword in the past they are discounted as Pub teams (Barnsley, Yeovil and Bournemouth last season).

Let's face it Galfarmers Miller is a much better, stronger player/ striker than Wells. Well done today Miller. Is Wells supposed to be a battering ram type centre forward ? He's not going to be stronger than Miller. Vaughan isn't as strong as Miller, does that make him a worse player, and he's got a first touch equally as bad as Nakhi. Wells is our best finisher, is it his fault we aren't making the chances for him. Rhodes would struggle in our team at the moment Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards

And you have to remember (as things stand) those teams will be catching up with Rotherham and Fulham before they catch us. We'll be fine. It's what we do AFTER survival that's important.

Just back, awful pitch resulted in a game where the ball was in the air more than on the deck. Good point Miller is certainly a handful, new lad did ok and to be fair Edgar did alright defensively, Should have had a penalty when Miller was brought down, special mention for Lynch's clearance class. Happy with a point roll on Monday!

After the Bournemouth shambles and the robins saga id have taken our league position as it is now.. but it's been a pretty drab season I m o

The Kings Arms 1 The Black Swan 1
dire game played out on a poor council pitch between two sides who looked like they didn't get in till late after a very heavy night.
most of it was like watching an open wound....
some games they should be allowed to shake hands on a point apiece and not bother playing them, this was very definitely one of them.
the point is good... the price to watch that was very much obtaining by deception.

The Club took a calculated gamble in January by offloading a load of dross and not bringing too many players in. Remember it's a time when prices become inflated and we made do with a few loans. I'm hopeful that with a summer to wheel and deal, the gamble will have paid off and Powell will have more room to manoeuvre and have his own, stronger-looking squad in place by the start of August.
