I sometimes wonder what would happen if they employed a similar ticket pricing system as per the airlines.
As in the first 500 tickets in each stand are 50% of the "face value" price, next 500 60% etc..
Also with the ability for the tickets to go above "face value" if the the number of tickets sold exceeds a set attendance per stand.
I'd also introduce something like what they have here in Switzerland for rail travel for under 16's. You pay a fixed amount, lets say £100 for the season - this gives you a card that allows a child to attend any matches with a "paying" parent free of charge, regardless of stand.

Flags are just one example of the constant disengaging with the enthusiastic Fans. Just look back at the official Town website news items and you will see only bland corporate announcements. The Flags were great against MK Dons and whilst it might be wishful thinking, it might have just given the players the extra incentive to keep going. Indeed just what the Rams supporters did at the following game.
For those who run the club "time to grow a spine".
