As I sit in the Revell ward lower towards the away end I welcome the fans from the South stand coming over to the 'jungle' section for Leeds game etc. Should be decent atmosphere... If going well on the pitch that is! And if I had to move so be it its only a seat FFS ffs, if I knew you was in that stand I wouldn't of moved there.

ffs, if I knew you was in that stand I wouldn't of moved there. ..and if I knew you were coming over I'd have told them to feck off I ain't been in the jungle (no trees within 300 yards of it but what evs) for years. Looking forward to getting a banning order, apparently that's the standard practise in that area.

What point are you trying to make? That the club WYP or whoever have made it plain that they can't / won't cope with 7,000 Leeds fans, I would imagine the Town centre would have concerns as well. Cost of policing would probably outweigh any income advantages particularly at £20 a pop. It has been agreed as part of the overall strategy that games that are local derby's or games that might have a significant outcome for the visiting team, then the south end of the Kilner Bank will not be used. This is a sensible approach, so for example if a team was visiting and they could gain promotion, be relegated or any other significant outcome then just the South Stand would be used

anyone heard how many tickets have been sold so far including Beeston lot? Our ticket details have yet to be announced for this game from our end, we have 2 x Away Games v Bolton and Fulham ahead of this fixture. Whatever number we get will not get to General Sale, first dabs go to Home & Away Season Ticket Holders, then Gold Members.....in the unlikely event of any remaining after that then Silver Members and finally General Sale. We have to jump through hoops to get away tickets no matter what the price, usually top dollar, no matter how well or otherwise the team is doing.

I have a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit of sympathy with Leeds, they get shafted every away game. As I've said before, Leeds are part of the problem (Elland Roads ticket pricing is beyond disgraceful) and part of the solution...... If Leeds for example were at Rotherham on Saturday at say, £45, Leeds would most likely still take the full allocation. IF Leeds fans got together and boycotted the game over ticket pricing, a game in which Rotherham are saying to themselves 'that's a sell out, kerching!', then it would have a big impact. Clubs like Wigan boycotting Leeds over pricing doesn't have much of an effect because.... Well let's face it, it's Wigan. So to sum up, stop filling expensive away ends you dirty Leeds bastards and start a boycott.

Leeds fans reputation leads to high ticket prices, extra policing & stewarding is required because they struggle to behave, which they prove time & again.. Why should the club they're visiting have to pick up the extra cost?
Zero sympathy I'm afraid.

The previous deal was for £80k for each home game picked live. Possibly more now under the new deal.
Either way, that's us losing out on more than a fair chunk of money if they only take 2k tickets for our game.

It will be half as quiet as normal, Nick. The real problem will be Leeds in home areas. Can't see their fans being too pleased at these reduced allocations - travelling away in large numbers is their only badge of honour.

Can't we just sell half the SS as POTD?

Can't we just sell half the SS as POTD? So six thousand Leeds fans descend on the John Smiths to buy 2000 tickets? Yeah that should work.

Well done Collino and I agree with him. However, it may well be worth looking at your own ticketing policy and what you charge away supporters too?

Then with four thousand locked out Cellino's brilliant strategy of punishing Leeds fans for Sky's behaviour will have the unintended consequences required. On a more serious note, why can't we sell tickets to away fans directly? In the SS only, again.

How does limiting your own fans ability to go to an away game prove a point about being on Sky a lot? All it will do is put massive pressure on the home teams and their security. It's not our fault is it but we will end up having the headache. Interesting to see we are charging them £31. Will be a tenner more at the skip, now we as a club should send the lot back. Hit him in the pocket for taking the piss.

We already know the SS will sell out, I would hate to think the mischief a couple of thousand ticketless Leeds fans could cause in our town centre, where no doubt they would head for in the hope of watching it on tele.

Plus what the cockend doesn't realise is the police moved our game with them in the first instance, not the football league or Sky. Stupid idea and a stupid game to start it. Dean might not have as big a wallet but at least his brain is bigger.

We could sell the other half of the SS online to Leeds fans. Pay us directly and we post paper tickets out. There's probably some provision in the FL rules that says we have to use the away club to mediate sales, but maybe not.
