The really impressive thing for me is how comfortable he is at coming inside with the ball. A lot of full backs will offload it if they don't see anything down their wing. He's quite happy cutting inside to make something happen.

Would Leicester not opt for Konchesky over Chilwell if it comes to it anyway? To be fair, Konchesky couldn't lace Ben's boots.

You would think Koncheskey's experience more use to Leicester right now than an 18 year old butr see Ranieri has confiormed Schlupp out for 6 weeks so they will call one back for sure.Don't know terms of recall for either but Chilwell only with us officially until 3 Jan I think so may have to use Davidson ( would have anyway possibly for cup match 9 Jan. ). If it happens is that another position Wagner may have to buy?

I think its a position that as a country at the moment we seem have quite a good number of decent young left backs so I don't think we will struggle to loan/sign another if need be, chilwell is great and will get even better but I dont think for a second he is irreplacable in fact if needed it will probably be the simplest position we do fill in January.

Needs to pass a bit more, he doesn't always have to take on the player, but a great prospect none the less

Who was responsible for signing Davidson? I think Dempsey would be better at left back than the over-rated Aussie.

Kinda worrying that the most composed player with the ball on Tuesday night was a teenage left back

the thought of davidson even being considered for our side at the moment is unthinkable. Please Town & Leicester, can you come to an agreement so it's not even possible for the aussie to get back into the side?

Kinda worrying that the most composed player with the ball on Tuesday night was a teenage left back Why ? He's a quality player who will play premier league and possibly for his country.. We are Huddersfield Town ..why not instead celebrate the fact we managed to get such talent in in the first place ?

Was it not ex england left back Chris Powell? No it wasn't I'm sure I read Powell say he was well aware of Davidson - but apparently we had been tracking him for some time and quite a long time before Powell joined. So I think we can safely blame Ross Wilson for that one - and maybe see if Scunthorpe want to take him on loan.

Let's get real eh ? We can agree to disagree. I feel like a mid-table championship team should have players more comfortable on the ball than we currently have, for example Adam Clayton.

Hope we're successful with this Hope you're right, but this morning's Telegraph says- Ranieri recalls Chilwell Claudio Ranieri will recall Arsenal and Liverpool target Ben Chilwell from Huddersfield next month. Chilwell, 19, the England Under-20 captain, is to return to Leicester, the league leaders, after Jeffrey Schlupp was ruled out for at least six weeks with a hamstring injury.

That's a left back we need to signin January if true, Davidson is a complete liability and will make a pretty poor defence even worse !!

Maybe Leicester don't WANT to sell such a prospect and will be happy for him to gain more experience with us so he can truly kick on next season.... Just saying.... ever the optimist
