still a lot of SC holders on holidays who still count as there and obviously we decided ourselves to reduce the away fans by maybe 1500-2000 to get our lot in behind the goal. Does anyone know if we're doing that against wolves next week? Think that will see a genuine crowd of about 20k with maybe 21500 being reported.

wolves have got the full allocation which in view of their result today I am sure they will sell out so 20000 at least I would say next week

I can confirm that 20001 was the gate today as supplied by KSDL who as stadium operators are responsible for collating the number of tickets sold for the match.

When entering the ground, I was advised by the turnstile fella to make sure my bag was lifted over the turnstile, so that it didn't register as an extra person. It may have been so the club had an accurate figure in the event of a fire but it suggests that fiddling the figures wouldn't be worth the trouble.

Not sure why we keep going on about "actual numbers " when our club ( and all the others ?) go on tickets sold .. it may not be to everyone's tastes ( mine included ) but it's now well established

Don't think it is. Wolves have a 3900 allocation. Think they'll sell out so expect gate figure around the 21-22000 mark

16,119 was the actual number of spectators in the ground today. So why did the official attendance come up as 20001? Because there are plenty of people like me who bought 2 ST's but can't make a 500 mile trip that often. I think a thousand or so ST holders are too far away to make most weeks. I'll be there as often as possible and work allows, but unlikely to be more than 10 games.

I see wolves have an allocation of 3900 for this game but town website says SS is available to town fans on a first come basis - how is that going to work out
