To be honest anyone thinking that Wednesday will not be taking Huddersfield seriously are deluded, your a dangerous side but it's all about banter etc.
This site really needs to chill out tho can actually feel the nerves from here .
I was much more nervous last year then I am this maybe this is becasue I couldn't care less if we blow it again...it's not worth getting stressed about

The hatred I feel towards lufc comes nowhere close to how I feel about Weds Jimmy but then I do live in leeds so feel it more. That said, Weds are another big time charlie club, of which there are several in the Championship, who feel they have a divine right to be in the Prem. Try living in Sheffield pal, but the past 6 years have been quiet though lol I do live in Sheffield, Wednesday fans are miles worse than Sheffield United fans. Massively fickle too, loads wanted the manager out less than two months ago. Deluded in the extreme too having spent a fortune, but they don't seem to count extortionate wages as an outgoing. I find Huddersfield's newly found hatred for Wednesday very strange. We haven't been in the prem for years and accept we don't have a right to be back in the Prem.
What i would say is we have a very loyal support considering how poor we have been for the last 20 years.
We are a well supported club but that's about all now. Until we get to the premiership then We can't really say we are a big club however i do feel that if we were to get to the prem will a bit of in investment we could be a top 10 side there. That's a long way off from now though.

Wednesday are a really strange club to me, because of my age, the only reason I know they've been in the premier league is because Di Canio pushed over a referee. Growing up I always though Sheffield United were the bigger club

You just seem to have more than your fair share of arseholes most of whom pollute DATM in the week leading up to the game and, depending on result, for a few days later. Due to the season we've had though none of them have made a peep until sunday afternoon. Personally I've always disliked the Blades more as growing up in the 70's means they always seemed the bigger club. |

been here before.. biggest club, most history, most fans, league results etc etc.. the 'history' of the play offs is fairly short in years but unavoidably 'odd' in the results it throws up..
been in em as favourites, been in em as outsiders..
luck,decisions, nerves(pens), bad hair days, seen em all from both sides..
won and lost from positions where the final outcome didnt look likely..
this is what you get when you dont get auto.. we have been here all season, wendies should and will believe they always should have been here, at least..
Reading will probably f-ck everyone up...

Find it very strange that again another thread about Wednesday on a Huddersfield site about how we all think we are a big club.
It was the same when you played Leeds almost word for word.
The problem with you lot are that you have no real rivals and you don't have that much of a history.
In my life time I've seen us play in three fa cup finals beat sheff utd at Wembley win a league cup and finish 3rd in the premier league.
Let's face it you have no real rivals but are craving to be part of the big time.
If we miss out this year then we try again but if you blow it then it's goodnight Vienna because wagner is off in the summer and it's only a matter of time before uncle dean has had enough of selling cheap tickets to force you to watch his team.
