I also hate Birmingham, but I will admit that Monk did a reasonable job there. So that's another reason for me to hate Monk too.
Assistant Manager at Schalke?

If you know Monk from his Swansea days, you may know what a backsliding piece of shit he was under Laudrup. I detest the bloke and that has nothing to do with his time at our local rivals. However, his track record in management is decent and I suspect (as another poster suggested earlier) that Brum have made another Rowett-Zola error.

I'm sure he won't complain about his sacking.
He has far too much respect, class and humility for that.

Xavier Calm, a little-known coach whose last job was in charge of Spanish third-tier side UE Cornella, is the bookmakers' favourite to replace Garry Monk, who was sacked by Birmingham City on Tuesday. (Birmingham Mail)

(Birmingham Mail) Xavier Calm? sounds like a handbag designer? being fair to Monk as a manager he has not done badly, as a human being he falls short..

Hope he turns up somewhere else in the Championship so we can give him a nice friendly welcome back to the JSS

I agree and maybe that's why they've got rid, rumours he was sniffing around the WBA job, doesn't make sense for footballing reasons then again neither did Rowett. Still one of the funniest and weirdest post match interviews on Radio Leeds after we beat them one year. Though he was going to start crying, full on toddler tantrum and then the irony of him lecturing Wagner on class, humility and respect after the corresponding home fixture! Does seem to be a decent manager though as you say, did a great job there.

Next Derby manager if Lampard goes to Chelsea? ? I think he would do well there tbh, better players and a good budget. Hope Lampard stays however, think Chelsea is a little too soon given they cant sign anyone either. Id have another season learning more and if I was Abramovich id write the coming season off with competing with the Top 2 tbh. Best putting a temporary replacement in for a year, no silly contract, then go for Lampard end of the season. Gives Lampard a whole platform to start with and not start half arsed.

Ah one of them boring responses. Hate Birmingham and him, but from a neutral footballing perspective, he has done a good job with the resources and off field antics. Simple as that Calm down Gaz I'm just kidding. I also agree.

'Garry has lost his focus on football. Every time he gets fired he became richer. I don't know if he still has the desire to be passionate about football rather than controlling things, all these transfers.'
Stupid little greasy twat. Football is in the gutter so he'll obviously get another job soon though.

One of the things I was looking forward to this season was to give Monk some stick when we played Birmingham. Hope another club takes him on quickly. I’ll never forgive his barge on King David!

Simple as that Calm down Gaz I'm just kidding. I also agree. spezial seems to have a short fuse and seemingly hates anyone over the age of 30. Always quite bullish in his responses which is a shame because he usually makes good footballing points. Anyway, what has happened to shortfuse? He hasn't posted in a while.
