Personally I think it’s great to see women’s football getting coverage. Why not? And the rugby teams too. There’s some bloody good players out there. My daughter plays and is looking to get into a club, so it’s great for me as a parent to see these women establishing themselves as role models and not the usual tramps duck-facing on MTV etc. Am I right in thinking Town severed links with the ladies team? If so, that’s a poor do. With the money around right now, we could’ve done worse than putting a little their way to help them along. Not sure now but I know some of the Town players sponsor some of the womens team players |

I remember when nobody got offended by the littlest of things and people weren’t fucking flannels about it. because everyones obsessed about portraying a certain image, whether that be here, facebook, instagram or in real life, whereas the truth is entirely different. Do i judge people based on their sex? Yes Do i judge people based on their race? Yes Do i judge people based om religion? Yes Sexuality? Yes. I would say everyone does, consciously or subconsciously. Its human. What i do try to do is train myself differently. |

Football whoever plays it is still football .Me I love watching men ,women ,pub teams and youngsters .Cannot see the problem that some of you guys have . Agree with this. I have, more than once, been beeped at by the driver behind me when the lights turn green, because I simply MUST see what happens with the corner kick that is being taken on the playing fields to my left or right. Football in any shape or form is fine by me. |

Life makes hypocrites of us all I guess.
The fact is that when I was a kid girls didn’t get the opportunity to play. Now they do. My daughter is 2 and has been playing since 18 months old. She is in a class with about 12 lads and she is beating them at lots of the drills. It’s about repetition and stimulus as much as it is sex.
Same with fighting. Look at women’s MMA / UFC. Women’s MMA has come a real long way in a few short years. The average female fighter would twist anybody in here up like a pretsil btw. The top ones are super skilled.
Having a breakthrough star (Ronda Rousey) really helped the sport breakthrough and I think it will be that way for women’s football. It needs a star that captures the imagination of a mass market and transcends popular culture.
It’s also good to see people like Alex Scotf (who I know actually) use their football career as a platform to get into broadcasting.
Women are capable as fcuk. My daughter is getting raised to be respectful of everybody but inferior to nobody.
