Cant remember the last time I watched a champions league game, doesn't interest me in the slightest. I'll generally watch the final if an English team is in it.
Cant remember the last time I watched anything football related come to think of it, probably the last time Town won, it has that effect on me.

Never watch it, of no interest to me, it's just a cash cow. I might watch the final if an English team is involved but otherwise it's of no interest to me. To say English teams dominated European competition in the 70's & 80's interest outside the competing clubs must be at an all time low.

The memories of Houchen's header for Coventry v Spurs and Stein's 90th minute winner for Luton against Arsenal, both games 3-2 at Wembley. For people who watched these games we were lucky enough to watch games when the cup competitions were a piece of memorable history. You didn't have to be a fan of the club to be drawn in to the magic of cup finals. I remember more about the English cup finals 30 years ago than the last 10 years, same for European competitions.

I've found myself watching the football league show on Quest lately though so I can get back upto speed with the championship again.

I watch town in the premier league regularly, just not from within the stadium. I don't mind Nicks posts, most people on here don't. Just a few zealots who have seemingly backed the admins into a corner where the lads concerned. If I had to choose between the two, I'd choose watching town in the PL. I shouldn't have to though, should I?

It's hilarious the amount of people here stating they couldn't give a fuck, never watch it etc. They all probably do but think it's cool to deny it. Schoolboy snobism. It's better than the World Cup!

I don't know why you haven't got a SC but you've become protective of Nick and negative against Town...which is why I said, what I said.

Pleased that like me, you find Nick amusing. It's a shame more can't see the humour in his buffoonery. I haven't got a season ticket for many reasons, but it doesn't mean I don't want the club to thrive, on and off the pitch.

First time for a while where I'm at a loss for even who the semi finalists will be. It's really open this year. I've gone with Juventus. Despite how good Spurs were yesterday they haven't got that brutal edge that is needed to win the competition. I've watched a few La Liga games this year and all the Spanish teams are far from their best.
Barcelona would be the best bet, but then again I wouldn't be surprised at all if Lyon do them in. Look at how they played against Man City. On the subject, Guardiola's lack of rotation will tire his best players out, and although they have the quality to win it they'll go out earlier than they should. Juventus are demolishing all before them in the league, and with Ronaldo I think they'll have the winning edge. Shame Buffon already shuffled off.

Whoever gave Dortmund the vote is a huge optimist but it's not over 'til it's over. Would love to see them make a miraculous comeback and get to the final. And then to play Liverpool of course. Might be as exciting as 14th April 2016!
