Who has signed him for £11m... Surely we wouldn't sell him already even at such a massive quick profit? Is that not right? Pretty sure I remember that being what Montpellier were demanding, and heard we ended up paying about £2m for the loan with an obligation to buy for the balance a year later. If it was a Montpellier demand, surely the quote would have been euros rather than pounds?

Just had a look, but it's not on yet. Lots of Paddy Power Y-fronts though! Someone is trying to sell the horrible red and yellow striped away kit from 2009-10 (with Yorkshire Air Ambulance on the front) for £179.99 plus postage! You could take the 1 and the 7 from that price and I still wouldn't buy it! 8pm tonight, running for a week. All for a good cause, wonder what the highest bidding top will be, I’m going for over 200 notes but under 250. Scratch that. They will all hit at least 200 notes today.

The only thing embarrassing to Town is fans like you. Go have a look at Twitter and you'll see fans of Arsenal, Spurs, City, Man United...even Leeds...all patting us amd PP on the back for what has been an amazing stunt. Then there's folk like you. Jesus fucking wept. I’m certainly won’t retract my comments. There are others here that concur. I suspect there are plenty who pretend they weren’t outraged, too. Lighten up Lloyd. Town and PP pulled a masterstroke. Stop being myopic. I bet the Saints fans aren’t too enamoured with their abortion of a home kit.

As I’ve said previously, we didn’t need to market it or pull any sort of publicity stunt. It won’t sell any more of the actual shirt. Paddy Power are the only ones who stand to gain from this. How can people not see that? Are you sure?

Every football fan I've met has asked me about the shirt today. Would that have happened without Paddy power? Nope

Aaron Mooy top already over £600 I'd love one but they're already at crazy money and still a week to go. Great for the charities though

Credible sources are saying less than £5m not including the loan fee. Think it was €11m maximum potential total package with various triggers.

I’ve not met a single NON Town fan who thought it was a bad idea or in any way embarrassing for us

Not that it still isn;t an astonishing figure for how hes looked so far. Knowing us, one of the triggers would be scoring against Man Utd!

As a guess, there's probably a reduction for not staying in the EPL, which may explain some of the variance. Also the €11m may include a loan fee for last season whereas the £5m may not.

I am guessing kit launches are becoming even better (West Ham's recent monstrosity aside).
Here's one that has attracted 5.4m views which dwarves our much talked about one in the UK.
