Schofield Bocks stanks u23 brown Chabs Obrein brown Mbenza Koroma rvlp. I think it'll be pretty close to that especially as we're playing again on Friday. The U23 could well be Edmonds-Green although it wouldn't surprise me if he stuck Schindler or Elphick in alongside Stankovic just to add a bit of experience.

We are crap in the cup. As much as we need a win for the morale, can't see it as our form in the competition, especially against lower league opposition is embarrassing.
2-0 defeat

The usual routine for us in round 1 of this competition is for us to lose to a lower league team with a whimper while making no money. I'd like to think this time we might actually win.....

"Fuck off Sievert' and similar Terms of endearment towards him and other management, is not bile,? Anonymous bile at that? There is no proof that any of the management are doing anything other than their best for the club and allegations of asset stripping etc and rude remarks are juvenile at best. It's not great but surprise, surprise we all know it and have a hundred ways of solving the problems overnight, all of which are offered without a single fucking days worth of experience or knowledge of the whole story or of running a pro football club)business of this size or managing a proper football team.

Most Often done to fellow posters who don’t agree with your own POV But the vitriol posted at JS and PH and many players is outrageous at times.

I expect both teams to make changes and think we will win by the odd goal, can't see the crowd being above 5000. UTT

If we play our second string 100% getting beat. Our first 11 then maybe a win.

Would of liked us to have had Campbell in for this one if the rumours of our interest are true, would of been good to see him and see what he's about.

This is the perfect opportunity to get the first team some of that winning mentality. If he opts for the second string when the first team are struggling to score in open play, then he is not the right guy for the job imho. If I were PH i would not be giving JS transfer funds either unless he can prove he can get this (so called) £100m squad to perform in the Championship. What makes you think the current first team would beat Lincoln and anything but a big win wouldn't do much to improve confidence for them either

Tbf neither of them have done anything to show they know what they are doing yet To be fair everyone fully believed we would be 4 expensive wages plus 4 big transfer fees better off long before the window closed. The really poor season and it's hangover is difficult to predict how long that takes to get past. A stupid error and 2 very bad misses apart we could well have 2 or even 4 points without playing well. The opinion they don't know what they are doing or where they want to go with the club is very much premature and is in the middle of huge change at the club. We have no idea what the plans are and how they have changed after our 'star' players got no offers and ended up still being here. Mooy did not want to be here whoever was owner or manager. We don't know how disappointed others may be to still be here and how long it might be before they get their shit together and really start playing We have opinions' and we are free to them but without some serious insider knowledge of all the ins and outs at the club they are usually uninformed or ill informed. The abusive posts are out of order until there is good evidence that someone at OUR club is taking the piss or worse.

We’re still away but if we were in the UK, I’d have gone to this one but more to take a look at the opposition. The Cowley Bros have done a great job there & I certainly wouldn’t put it past Lincoln to beat us.

The Cowley Bros have done a great job there & I certainly wouldn’t put it past Lincoln to beat us. I saw Lincoln at Crawley late on last season. What was clear was that they were very well managed. They played some great stuff for L2 level, but they were tough as well and were never afraid to show the dark arts of gamesmanship and playing the referee when it suited them. They won and won well. Credit the Cowley brothers for that.

Surely, in that case, you tell Mooy or the others who wanted to go that due to their performances last year no one is prepared to take a chance on them and to use this season to prove them wrong. I still can't see how they've managed to decide we didn't need a left back bringing in to let our best defender play in his proper position or how Kachunga and Quaner keep getting in the squad never mind minutes on the pitch. The last couple of weeks have been mystifying tbh

They'll bring a few, but not because it's a 'cup final'. It's because they're an upwardly mobile side playing winning football who will fancy an upset. I also fancy an upset and I worry that if one happens it really will be the mental straw that breaks the camel's back. We need a win, and against a side who are used to winning, I dread to think what could happen.

The poll shows that we aren't confident. We should be beating the likes of Lincoln but I can see an upset.

Not sure where or who a goal will come from for Town. We don’t have any ideas that I’ve seen of how to create a goal under Jan. Unless it’s get it wide to Hadergonaj that’s the only ploy I’ve seen and it’s not one that will yield any goals at any level.

For me we are a team that needs to learn to win again. First team should play as it’s an opportunity to do so.

Quaner ! Honestly ? Don't we want to win 🤔 Quanner should be part of the half time entertainment complete with clown boots and a big red nose Who went to watch him and thought yes! He’s the striker we need? One of the poorest professional players I’ve seen in terms of first touch, shot, aerial ability, game awareness, work rate and attitude. Did we have an internal coup that forced Dean to buy these players otherwise they’d have released some compromising pictures of Dean’s in Johnnies with a lady of the night? I’m struggling to find other explanations for the choice of hugely expensive, terrible players.
