Surprised Julian Winter isn't getting more criticism.
Compared to his predecessor - Blowjob Clibbens, he gets a very easy ride off the town support.

Anyone know an easy alternative to tinypic.com ? For anyone interested I have just found this which seems quite easy :- Use postimages.org Click on "Choose images", select a picture and upload. Then select "Hotlink for forums" [third from the bottom] by clicking on the square box to the right. Then just paste that in your post. This is for PC. View the forum through the tapatalk app, and just add images saved to your phone.

When Hoyle sold the club he had to somehow value his business assets before being sold which must have included the market value for players etc which included over priced crap like Mounie Then there were reports at the start of the season that the transfer pot was empty which must have included the millions from the first incoming part parachute payment plus the near £18 million the club recieved for Billing and Smith. Then there were reports that the pot was empty due to money pre spent in wages/bonuses etc in the premier league days under both Hoyle and Wagner. Then there were reports that Hoyle had given the club a £50 million loan The big question to many was ---- could the retained badly failed premier league flops who contributed to this debt give the club some kind of advantage in the championship ,and the answer to that question at the moment is a clearly NO. Three managers including one temporary have failed badly So shouty man was asking where all the premier league money had gone IE A well reported £200 million just for winning the play off final ( incorporates 1 years sky money and parachute payments. That's what's guaranteed) TV money over 2 seasons mainly SKY (see above) 2 seasons near full house gate reciepts 20,000 crowds PLU (cheap sc's) sponsorship money which include shirts advertising etc etc League finishing position money ( see your first point) Millions in the first part parachute payment which seems to have been pre spent(first point again) A reported £18 MILLION for Billing and Smith which seems to have been pre spent Plus others not mentioned (didnt trust siewert with it presumably) SO THE BIG QUESTION IS WHAT DOES THIS LOT ADD UP TO , AND WHAT WERE THE TOTAL OUTGOINGS ?? Maybe those doubting shouty mans question can answer this as i for one would be very interested to know ,and will eventually be answered in the club audit You literally haven’t got a fucking clue what you’re on about have you lad.

Someone told me a fan was stood up hurling abuse at PP for a few good minutes. Anyone see this? Whilst not wishing to make a comment on this subject as such, can I just say that this is the best thread title we've had in ages

This site is an absolute toxic disgrace .Yes we are all hurting at how we are not doing at the moment but some of the snipers aiming their grievances at PH is just Dratted ridiculous . Dean Hoyle ,yes the Messiah who saved the club ,chose to sell to PH . Dean Hoyle did not get where he is without being an astute business man . You can't tell me that he just signed 75% over to PH without knowing what he was doing . So for goodness sake stop your bleating about PH ,his finances etc etc and realise that at the moment he has a lot on his plate without fans continually questioning him . Probably cant even tell you Ken Davy saved the club when Dean Hoyle was nowhere to be seen, Massiah? It would appear that Mr Hoyle was happy to let the club fold. Reports were that Mr Davy wrote off his debts in a club he did not care for, but it would appear from the accounts that Mr Hoyle is still a creditor to the club he loves.

Had DH made any significant money at that stage?

It's very clearly documented that Ken Davy recouped as a minimum every single penny he put into the football club. I think you're mistaking him with Barry Rubery who loans were devalued by the CVA process when the club excited admin. Of course Dean remains a creditor until the loans are repaid, that's how loans work in general and how directors loan accounts function specifically. The only question I'd like answering is how is it that it seems Phil owns the company that retains the major shareholding in Southport FC. Has the paperwork not caught up yet, or is it a potential case of him not being fully aware of the rules because there's too many of them again? Look at the confirmation statement for Southport and note the major shareholders. Then look at the ownership of Astute Business Management Consultants Ltd. He doesn’t, his long term associate, Ian Kyle, was “gifted” most of those shares after the date of that confirmation statement. PH retains significant influence over Southport by virtue of stadium, main stand and back of shirt sponsorship. In addition, the front of shirt sponsor appears to be a business which doesn’t actually exist. Well it's been said that happened but there's no evidence of it as yet. Our previous majority owner said he'd transfer the club's stadium shares into a seperated trust but that didn't happen either. The owner before that on takeover stated the football club would retain its shareholding in the stadium, but that didn't happen. You've got to rely on verifiable facts when interpreting what owners of footballs clubs say. By their very nature, anyone getting involved in football club ownership is the wrong type of person too get involved in football club ownership.

Don't know the exact timeline, but Card Factory wasn't what it was back when he actually took over. Was it you who gave KD the £2 to buy the stadium shares?
