Lee Clark’s applied for it but I highly doubt he’s in the running.

A couple of guys at my work have got terrible OCD with certain stuff. It’s brill the wind ups are so easy . One as an obsession with toilet cubicles having a roll of toilet paper facing the right way and also when finished being replaced and on correctly not just placed on top of toilet. Needless to say all 4 cubicles are never like this everyday. It drives him mad, the list is endless with things similar.

So Town fans want someone that’s never managed above league one, Cowley, over a someone that’s managed successfully in the Premier League, recommended by Alex Ferguson to manage MANCHESTER UNITED Moyes? I find that astonishing I really do, if we could get Moyes it would be a fantastic appointment. We make ourselves look incredibly tinpot at times.

Cowleys have neither played with or managed ego-fuelled players who think they belong in the prem. they are not what we need at this point. I dont think they could manage those players. Adkins has plenty experience and bowyer has played with ego-fuelled players and has seen how they have been managed by managers such as Bobby Robson.

His stint at Everton was reasonable but was unable to break hegemony of the top 6 but all hd had to show for that was one FA Cup semi and one League Cup semi. I've had more semis. Dismissed at West Ham after a few months.

I cant take part in that poll I could make a case for 7 from 8 of em, If you had a poll to eliminate One, I could participate.
Some are more preferable to others, Some would be given more time than others.
The one I wouldn't have I would have had if he had come into an advisory role for 6 months when Jan Siewart first arrived last season.

Cowley, Wolfy, or Moysey for me. All good candidates on paper.
The rule is consistency. If you’re going for capitalisation of First names and Surnames then you must be consistent with it.
People who have extreme OCD are so afflicted. It’s a really bad mental illness but it’s not really taken seriously. Most of us are on the scale somewhere but a bit like depression the severe cases are not really even able to function in life.
I’m bad when I lose something. I can waste a lot of time looking for something rather than just knowing it’ll turn up later. At my worst I have to find it before I can move on with my day.

Point is it’s a bigger step than some think from league one to the Championship, they’ve no experience other than lower leagues can’t risk another cheap gamble.

I really don't want Moyes. Did well at PNE and Everton. Awful at Man Utd, Sunderland and Sociadad. Just about passable at West Ham with a squad far too good to go down.

Van Gaal also was pretty dire given the context. Mourinho much better and still got the sack! Didn't Ferguson recommend Jose for the job too? Great manager was SAF, but would've starved to death as a recruitment agent.

I think a lot of people have got themselves into such a state, that whoever we appoint won't be good enough. The club has got a lot wrong of late. It's frustrating for all but they will need our backing when the new manager comes in. If you simply adopt a mentality that the club can do no right, it will become a self perpetuating cycle of negativity. That will bleed into the atmosphere then to the players. Remember that there are players who want to be here too and many of the people who work for the club love it as much as you. I'm not asking for happy clappers. All power must be challenged, so the hierarchy at the club should be questioned. A bit of pragmatism and realism is needed though. This is a massive appointment with regards to the direction of the club in the coming years. I'm glad they are taking the time to assess all the options. I hope they get it right. We won't know if they have until a few months down the line minimum. Not the day he is announced. Whomever it is will have my support. Well in the beginning at least 😉
