Amazing considering the shattered confidence when DC and NC arrived, the 4 or 5 downing tools, the injuries....

They were more dynamic and shot on sight. Silva and Grabban a threat all day. Grabara has had some stick of late but he made four very goods saves. A solid performance but after we missed two gilt-edged chances at 2-0 we just got deeper and deeper. Don't think Kachunga and Trev had 10 touches between them...weak again. Forest will be up there...we will survive. Forest fans….every last one a twat. Like playing L&&ds again....50 year old blokes mouthing filth all day and throwing stuff at children. Appalling fools.

Thought Bacuna was superb in 2nd half,he has it all. And keeper was immense, also Flo did v well v Lolley. Was impressed with most, but Kach and Chalobah were off the pace.

I think Nicky probably started it with a few words and pushing past one of the forest guys. Hudson seemed to be the 1 holding back the forest guy after to me. I didn’t see Nicky Cowley in the fracas, to be honest. At Wycombe it was actually Nicky who was by far the more vocal, whilst Danny was mainly needling the fourth official (didn’t work - Lincoln lost 1-3). If you watch the twitter vid posted before and ignore Danny at the front, Nicky is making a bee-line for someone on the other side just in front of Danny.

Bacuna is the most talented player in this squad by some distance. He just needs to find it consistently which he will in time.

You can tell when someone lives near our opponents home. Proper passion there, mate. Love it. People from Nottingham mocking Yorkshire people for not working, Huddersfield people referencing the miner's strike. = Move on. It's not cool and never was. What’s not cool. Just a bit of banter. Football is about trying to enjoy the game, fans trying to get under the skins of the opposition all good fun. If anyone doesn’t like it tough.

Both woeful for me Chalobah looks reminds me of Trevor cherries kids when I was a kid. Thought they great just because. Trevoh. Bit of advice. Work hard. Run hard. You might just make a career out of it. Carry on like this and you’ll blow your opportunity

So unless they managed to have just 4 touches for those 54 passes, which would be seriously impressive, you're talking rubbish.

We were dropping like flies in the first half, the physio team must’ve been on the pitch 6 times before half time. Was a bit like that the last home match to be honest. I’ve no issue with us doing it at the moment because we’re so short of quality and numbers, but I don’t want that to be standard practice. As others have said, a bit rich Forest complaining about our shithousery when they were kicking lumps out of us. Watson was very lucky to get away with only a yellow for absolutely hoofing Hogg. Also the guy that flattered him into the hoardings, how was that not a yellow? The worst tackle in the game was the bloke in the first half who went straight through Bacuna from behind, right in front of the Kilner; ref didn't even give a foul or stop play as Town moved the ball on and eventually Chalobah put it out with Bacuna still laid out. How he didn't get booked simply beggars belief! He played advantage, so seemed to acknowedge it was a foul. But the way he wwandering around whils Bacuna was being treated suggests to me he forgot who did it.

Fight in the tunnel here.... linkI love the fact that every town head in shot steam in for a ruck - all for one. For me, it shows a real togetherness and unity starting to grow amongst this bunch. Not letting anyone bully us about, forest came to give it out but couldn’t take it back. It’s about time we took this stance, we’ve been far too family friendly happy clappy types, a show of strength and unity will rub off on the fan base and encourage the very siege mentality we need to be better. Takes a brave man to square up to Hudson, I know who I’d be backing.

Unbelievable to me that there is so much negativity after beating a decent Forest side. I don’t think Kachunga would have received such a resounding standing ovation when replaced if he was perceived to be as poor as some people on here think he is. Limited yes of course he is, but always gives 100%. Bloke behind us said to his mate that all Mounié had done all game was score a goal. Who cares? He scored the winner for god’s sake!

No time to go back through the thread so someone may have already said it but I thought Stankovich was an unsung hero today, made some important blocks and generally kept Grabben fairly quiet. He's also intelligent playing it out from the back, doesn't just hoof it anywhere. Looked shakey when first came back but has improved pretty much game by game.

Get’s better by the game and is so calm on the ball . There can’t be many better central defensive partnerships in the Championship than him and the excellent Schindler.

Some on here know nowt. Today was a great day I thoroughly enjoyed I look forward to more this year and next

Highlights on Quest show just how good that header was.

Didn't have his best game today kachunga. But gave everything and ran his tank empty. Chabs was a passenger really. Obrien will take his place when hes fit. I've generally been disappointed with chabs, he suffers a little with billings languid running style. But for me hes not good enough to be in the first 11. If he was called back to chelsea I wouldn't be too bothered.

Cowley fell out with him when he was deep in the Town technical area to retrieve the ball. Thought DC was going to deck him! I missed that but saw him acting like a dick when Hogg got poised over the advertising hoarding. It was Watson acting like an arse at the end seemed to set it off, think he may even have ruffled NC’s hair! But Dawson was at it before then, never seen someone from the opposing bench as far into the other team’s technical area as him today. The Cowley’s were all over the 4th official especially from the first minute though which was great to see.

As soon as Kachunga went off were were on the back foot. Thought he performed well and worked hard for his 79 minutes especially after taking a very heavy knock early on. Thought the manager made a mistake taking Bacuna off and bringing Brown on. He looked out of his depth today against Lolley.
Otherwise all the team were excellent. All gave 100% - can't ask for more.

He plays for the full 90 minutes plus. DC brought Brown on near the end and Flo moved inside to try and slow them down through the centre. He just keeps running. I thought we could have done better down both flanks from an attacking viewpoint but you can't fault Flo's commitment to the cause. I know that he's been injured and is clearly working his way back, but - with hindsight - it was a bad move to bring Brown on and move Hadergjonaj I to midfield. Lolley and their #11 had Brown on toast every single time they attacked. In fact, I don't think that Brown even got hear the ball, although I could be wrong. He'll be fine, but today's brief cameo was very difficult for him. That says how good FH has been the last few games. Playing his wrong side and defence.

Jesus Christ. But yeah, we were the cynical ones. Even worse than I thought, two footed and off the ground. 100% a red card, the ref absolutely bottled that along with a few others. To be honest I think he was annoyed at our time wasting and allowed Forest to get away with half a dozen cheap shots, which is pretty disgraceful. On another day Bacuna and Hogg could’ve put for weeks.
