Free access to home games if a season ticket holder. Its not free, we've paid for access in lieu of not been able to attend the games. and you have to give an organisation (one that you have not entered into a contract with) your bank card details for the privilage.

You can transfer the money you've paid for the 20/21 season tickets for the 21/22 season - we did that and you get a 2 year price freeze for the 22/23 and 23/24 season . How do you do this please?

We were TOP after the same number of games in our first season, and survived by the skin of our teeth in the last week of the season. I reckon he's right. Don't fancy Fulham or WBA to stay up, and I reckon sheffield United's good season last year will mean fuck all this time out. Sad to say, especially regarding Shefield Utd, that's how it looks. But my goodness, Wilder has done an amazing job with the tools in hand.

An awful start against a good wolves team but against Villa they looked the better team with 10 men and the sending off was a disgrace. Fulham and West Brom to go down. Maybe villa or West Ham to get the other spot.

Spoken with the club today - they will refund season tickets upon request. I think I'm going to take that option and just pay for iFollow as and when I want it, tbh. Bought tix for me and the boy, completely pointless at the moment.

It's very generous of them considering the new developments regarding the return of fans to stadia (and our start to the season).

ATT: just under 11k SC sold. Shows what the fans think of the direction of the club. Whilst covid is an issue for all I can say with 💯 accuracy that if I had seen evidence of a vision and attempt to change the players to meet said vision I would have renewed. The whole club is a mess and the sooner fans start voting with their virtual feet the message will eventually sink in. A bunch of my pals also had same view. Covid was not the major issue. It was the direction of the club.

I've now emailed the club about my ST. if they won't refund then I've asked about it been carried over into next season perhaps.
Possibly petty on my behalf but after this transfer window then I'm fucked if the clubs keeping my money when the side is massively under funded.

I'm going to keep mine. I can see Phil doubling the cost for next season on the basis he has circa 10k rebewing at 249

Where’s the parachute payments going if not propping up the club who have had near £200 million in tv money after 2 years in the premier league!! Looks like we’re a badly run club if people asking for their money back on a product that is not on offer will bankrupt the club. Are you asking for your season ticket money back I wonder.

We’ve no idea how much of last season’s parachute payments we lost. Can’t see that improving. We’ve also lost all match day ticket sales. I’m not asking for my money back. 2 adult and 1 child. Although I was tempted after only seeing 30 mins of the Norwich game on I follow

We are in a much better position than most in the Championship as we’ve got guaranteed multi million pound income from the parachutes and hopefully they are going towards propping up the club if we need them. If we’d not been in the PL it would be a different story but because we’ve earned so much money over the last 3 seasons it doesn’t sit well with me that town fans should be bailing the club out if there are any shortfalls as the club should be set financially for years to come even with this pandemic after making the promised land.

Parachute payments are not guaranteed. Any percentage of annual payments the PL lose we will lose the same.

Collectively it’s 170m. No idea how that affects us. But it surely will.

Got this back from Sue Beaumont today:
"Thank you for your email and I confirm we can arrange a refund back to the original method of payment – the seats will then be re-offered for purchase either as a half season card should these become available or as a season card for the 2021/22 season. On this basis the Chairman’s year price freeze would not apply.
Alternatively if you wish to defer your payment the seats would remain held and complimentary tickets issued for next season with the price freeze remaining for the next 2 years.
On the issue of iFollow we do sincerely apologise for the poor service that has been experienced and we are hopeful that following pressure from clubs there will be a marked improvement going forward. In addition following the announcement of the delay to Live football the Board are currently looking at added value that can be offered to season card holders."

Looks like a very fair and balanced reply to me. If people don't want to renew or request a refund then they loose the potential price freeze. If they are prepared to "roll over" they still keep their seat and price freeze.

Personal, I’ve renewed my SC knowing that it is unlikely that I will visit the stadium anytime this season. I’m ok with that, none of this is the clubs fault so my way of giving them my support in these difficult times. Hopefully next season this will all be over and we can all look forward to going to games again.

If they are prepared to "roll over" they still keep their seat and price freeze. It does sound very fair, not sure if they are obliged to do it but if not it’s a generous offer. I renewed knowing I’d be unlikely to see many games but thinking I’d get value from watching all the available games on ifollow whilst also supporting the club. Thing is I’m just not prepared to waste my time and increase my blood pressure watching town getting pumped week in, week out. Unless we make some astute signings before the window closes we’re screwed and will be relegated. Hoping I can wait for the deadline and cancel then if no movement, otherwise it’s 250 down the drain and more importantly showing support of something I am absolutely not supportive of. The freeze won’t affect me anyway as if we hit league one again through this self inflicted mess then that’s me done. Does anyone know if there’s a time limit on getting the refund?
