Why do I need to explain?
I don't ask you to explain the endless stream of shite you've posted on here.. I just accept you're having a rant and leave it be.

Correct... And I’m pretty proud of the facts that I contributed to ;-)
When things get back to normality you may well have a bus load of Town fans having a day out at a Leicester/Yorks one day game Mr J.
Am quite sure you would come and have a chinwag, a glass of shampoo and a cucumber sandwich with us.
I look forward to it... should be a cracking game 👍

I for one think smj1 did a superb job, and I also admired his willingness to engage with folks online, especially when so many of them were unable (and apparently remain so even today) to engage in a grown up and courteous way. I think we'll miss him - commercially the club is in its strongest ever position, and he deserves a lot of credit for managing this in the shadow of that shower from Beeston, who are infinitely more commercially attractive for businesses to get involved with. He was always good humoured and really bought into things. Some folk on here need to give their (empty) heads a good old wobble, and give up the glue. Thanks for the comment, appreciated... it’s a shame that some negative comments are coming out, I thought I had done a decent job and me leaving was going smoothly 😂. Just had a quick look at some of the numbers i could find and a 75% increase over 8 years for the departments that came under my jurisdiction (excluding any charity fundraising etc), I think that is pretty impressive. And this is prior to us going into the PL (if you take that then it’s 250% increase). I could go on about numbers and comparisons but for now I won’t. My acid test for me - is I can look myself in the eye and my family and say I gave Town my all 24/7. There were some incredibly brilliant times and believe me some real tough ones but never ever shirked away. I did the best I could and can’t ask any more of myself. I would like to think I have been a loyal servant and contributed the best I can. Anyway for now.... there are more important things for us to consider... like doing our bit to protect the NHS and ultimately save lives..... Stay safe !

I don't really know the in's & out's of how well he did his job. Why the hell should I?
But he comes across as a thoroughly decent guy who went out of his way to both communicate with the fans and help them out if possible. More so than anyone else at the Club.
I wish him all the best in his new job.

Sean I think you've done a lot of good things and to be honest some things that had me scratching my head - the shirt sponsorship being the main one I was critical of. But ultimately that's all personal opinion and regardless it's clear you've played a significant part in the recent success, always given it 100% and made the decisions you felt were in the best interests of the club
The sign of a job well done is leaving it in a better state than when you started - and you've done that
Thank for you the positive impact you've had in your time and best of luck at Leicester

For me, the Paddy Power stunt was brilliant and I applaud Sean Jarvis’ bottle in getting us involved. Not only did it raise our profile it brought along imo the best Town shirt in my 30+ years of supporting Town.
There’ll always be negative mongs, but he deserves a huge thanks for being open, honest, engaging and above all, taking our club to his heart, seeing as he’s a ‘foreigner’.
All the best Sean, don’t be a stranger in the future 🔵⚪️

This is ridiculous we are a national laughing stock. All publicity is bad publicity. I cant look my work mates in the face. This is so embarrassing. Today is the first time I wish I wasn't a Town fan. That's it I am done, I want my money back. This is desperation. I haven't eaten for 3 days. We have sold out, Big Time, We are all Talksport have talked about today, I am furious, Durham loved it. Whoever sanctioned that shirt wants flogging in public. Jarvis has a lot to answer for here, I tweeted him an hour ago I haven't had a reply, Do people not realise this is a serious issue, Gambling is a serious addiction that rips families apart, We were voted family club of the year not long ago. I am outraged, This cannot be happening, So many years building the club up to throw all that good will away selling our soul to the devil.
Were very similar to some of what was said at the time of the Paddy Power sponsor. poor Jarvis.

I'll never forget watching Arron Mooy running out in that joke shirt at Rochdale a couple of months after starring in the Premier League. Said it all really about our fall from grace and the new reality. At least the extra £100k or whatever will help to pay mbenza for another month or so. I don't think you can blame one man for either decision though and far worse ones were made that's for sure! Sent from my SM-G920F using proboards

I’ve met Sean many times, in all sorts of ways, with the southern terriers, at Canalside many times, in coffee shops and bars at away games, in the Heritage Suite a couple of times, and he was instrumental in giving the son of a mate of mine an internship with Town whilst he was studying at uni.
He’s a smashing bloke, always cheerful, always interested in what you had to say, respected what you had to say, and a guy I’d happily have a pint with anytime. I’ll be looking out for him at The Oval when Leicestershire play Surrey.
Best of luck SMJ.

Dry your eyes, Princess. It’s only a game of football. Fucking wet wipe. I honestly couldn't care less about football anymore, it's something I watch on a Saturday...occasionally. I'm glad it's been postponed as it means I don't have to watch another 90 minutes of crap football with a team full of wage thieves that couldn't care less about Huddersfield Town. I decided to take a leaf out of the club's book, if they don't care, why should I? I get much more enjoyment out of other hobbies these days and wouldn't shed a tear if football never returned. As for the "fucking wet wipe" comment. Grow up. That's entirely your choice But are you wasting your time on here for if you don't care anymore.??

Cos we were headline news instead of a footnote after yet another defeat Pretty sure we made headlines, when we got promoted, pretty sure we got more when we were Top, or beat Man Utd or stayed up.Do you seriously believe more people will have known about Huddersfield Town through a shite sponsorship deal then that fizzled out in less then 24 hours then we did for 2 years playing in the richest league with a tv audience in the 100 millions? This is just my personal opinion that the whole Paddy Power shirt fiasco damaged the reputation of the club, cheapened the shirt, fragmented the fan base and making professional/international players wear that in a match was in poor taste, it also didn't help in terms of setting the right tone for the start of the season, we needed a quiet pre season after the catastrophe of our previous season, instead we are plastered on random news sites for folk to laugh at us. (Not blaming Jarvis for Siewert mess that is a whole different issue) is just a factor is more my point. Jarvis did a lot of good work at the club and seems like a genuinely approachable guy who had the best interest of the club at heart his drive and enthusiasm will be difficult to replace and of course like most people wish him every success.

Correct. After a season of being humiliated almost every week and being the league's whipping boys, we had to contend with being a laughing stock once again with that shirt. Siewert would never have worked here, it just wasn't to be, the man was out of his depth. However, he was chucked under the bus by the board, but didn't have the credentials to do the job in the first place. It was just pure laziness from the club thinking that lightning would strike twice. The fans were pathetic though, seeing grown men pining for Wagner and abusing Siewert because he wasn't Wagner was pathetic to watch. Just because I criticised some of his actions at the club over the past 18 months, it doesn't take away from the fact that Sean Jarvis is an approachable guy, nice fella and has served the club for 14 years, longer than most and I wish him well. Some people have short memories and were actively slagging Julian Winter off when he left, a good servant to the club and a Huddersfield boy. Would people be quick to praise him and lick his arse if he posted on here I wonder?

For somebody who aint really bothered any more you seem to let things bother you.
And yes I am one of those who can happily say " I love David Wagner, Best manager by far we have had so far in my 44 years of watching Town "
