1 deal done subject to medical, very good player. Another deal, striker on loan, close. No names so don't ask lol. Can I get my disappointment on these 2 signings in first? I think both are well below the standard and cost that I believe we can afford or need. A. N. Other x2 is just another sign of how far we have fallen.😳 |

I don’t know if it’s just frustration but do people really believe that just because we haven’t signed anyone in a few days everyone at the club is just sat there in the boardroom without a plan, playing tetris or something? And also, this is the same people that slates the club for signing shit players in the past, have patience and we might sign the next Grant’s and Toffolo’s rather than the next Herbert Bockhorn. The problem is the silence from the club is deafening. We have no sponsor, we have no strikers and we are a fair few players down on where we were last year when we barely survived. Yet we have had absolutely nothing from the club in way of interaction. I don't doubt the club have a list of targets but they won't sit around and wait forever. What interaction do you want? The club have said they are looking for a sponsor but want the right deal - do you think it is wise of them to tell the world w he at that is. With regards to players, do you honestly believe they haven't noticed the lack of forwards. They will be working on it, what do you want them to say - if they say our target is Donald Duck,Disney United will put the price up, town back out of the deal and people on here moan about another signing getting away. |

The very good player bit sounds interesting.... I am amazed that after being linked with pilks, Rhodes, Roberts etc.... afobe hasn’t been mentioned I think he probably would fit our system.... I also had a very odd dream that we signed Ravel Morrison a few weeks back, bad egg but undoubtedly talented could be a taabarat (excuse spelling) type player for someone.

In a time where we cant go to games and also a time where the team is struggling on the pitch I would expect the club to be doing their upmost to address the disconnect. Appearances on podcasts, interviews etc. Of course I don't expect them to reveal their targets or dealings but we are so far removed at the minute that the silence from the club is deafening. AHTTC hit the nail on the head last week highlighting the significant loss of Sean Jarvis and the virtual anonymity of his replacement. Maybe we have been spoiled in the past but we have gone from one extreme to another and its creating a huge amount of frustration amongst fans. Look at the squabbling on this thread for proof of that! |

'Grant to WBA is imminent' - just because he wasn't training. Jacob Brown 'imminent' just because he's at Canalside. Just say Grant not training today or Brown was at the training ground ffs! |

I was reading about him the other day, Liverpool signed him about 5 years ago and he hasn't been able to get a work permit in the UK so keeps being loaned abroad. Not seen anything to suggest he has now got a work permit? |
