What interaction do you want? The club have said they are looking for a sponsor but want the right deal - do you think it is wise of them to tell the world w he at that is. With regards to players, do you honestly believe they haven't noticed the lack of forwards. They will be working on it, what do you want them to say - if they say our target is Donald Duck,Disney United will put the price up, town back out of the deal and people on here moan about another signing getting away. Would have been better than some of those we actually bought in Summer 2018. Some of those signings were quackers! signed by some Wall-e

You just know that'll happen, but then it'll turn out that the person announcing it will have a lisp & we'll have a picture of that racist ex-poster from Kent holding up a shirt. Handbags.

Here's a thought: Agent rings player: "Huddersfield are interested" Player: (after how much) "Huddersfield, aren't they in all sorts of trouble" I am being a little tongue in cheek but I wonder if this is also a problem. People in the game, know what's going on in the game. It’s a worry, I have to be honest and say if I were being objective I wouldn’t advise any young player to touch us with a barge pole if other opportunities were available. I can’t see anything other than a start as bad or even worse than last season and this time it’s not the fault of the coach, it’s a squad that would struggle in league one. The only positive for me, and the jury is still out, is that Carlos might turn out to be a very good coach. Cant see anything other than a comfortable home win on Saturday. I just can’t believe the club finds itself in this position after what happened last season. We’ve somehow managed to have an even worse window than last year, unbelievable really and quite depressing. When did the window close?

Last year we signed Reece Brown, Koroma, Bockhorn, Elphik and spent £8m on Mbenza. Do people genuinely believe the signings of Ward, Pereira, Sarr and Pipa represent a "worse window" than that group, with a month of the window still to run? Mbenza is still going to come good for us.. Yours hopefully Opti Mist. I fully expect that next season will be his best yet for the club.

It's just us then, relieved that the financial problems are not more widespread to be honest.. I'd suggest us going into huge debt and just ignoring it, try a few things and see how many points we get deducted? Always believed a sensible, affordable approach was best, given the current and possible future chaos it's more sensible than ever?? agree but as i have posted before they dont want to see it because its one thing less to knock the club with. im quite relaxed about the transfer window and we will see what may or not develop as for it being deppressing? for goodness sakeROYRACE man up its nothing compared to the problems some in society have to live with. DRAMA QUEENS UNITED SHOULD SIGN UP SOME ON HERE. 'kin hell positive you're like a broken record lad, in fact I sometimes wonder if you're some sort of bot running on Josh Marsh's laptop. You'd hope it goes without saying but when I say its depressing you have to understand the context, there are levels of depression clearly and I'm flippantly saying most things Town are depressing at the moment, especially if you're a passionate fan and not just an armchair observer. Obviously football pales into insignificance at the side of real problems; that goes without saying!!!! Hope you don't take everything people say so literally! As an aside if I was genuinely depressed telling me to man up probably wouldn't be the done thing

Didn't really sign Mbenza last season though did we and we had a much better squad to start with, we also signed Chalobah and Campbell IIRC. Plus the bloody season has already started We're already losing points! Last season was terrible, still time yet but this season aint looking any better so far, in fact if you look at the squad as a whole it will take some serious signings to even get close to being as strong as last season.

Take your point but the season has started and we’re already dropping points. Plus we’re starting from a far weaker position squad wise. Anyway here’s hoping....

In a time where we cant go to games and also a time where the team is struggling on the pitch I would expect the club to be doing their upmost to address the disconnect. Appearances on podcasts, interviews etc. Of course I don't expect them to reveal their targets or dealings but we are so far removed at the minute that the silence from the club is deafening. AHTTC hit the nail on the head last week highlighting the significant loss of Sean Jarvis and the virtual anonymity of his replacement. Maybe we have been spoiled in the past but we have gone from one extreme to another and its creating a huge amount of frustration amongst fans. Look at the squabbling on this thread for proof of that! some on here would cause a squabble in a empty phone box

People in the game, know what's going on in the game. Could also work the other way though. If think we’re struggling, may think will get picked and it’s their chance to show themselves to their parent/other clubs

Carl Eiting midfielder from Ajax could possibly be the one who is signed and awaiting a medical.

His name is Carel isnt it? Yes I thought so. A few were getting excited yet didn't even know his proper name 😂 Would be a high quality signing though. Assuming it is Carel, and not his one legged twin Carl

His name is Carel isnt it? No. Carel is the highly rated Ajax midfielder. We are getting Carl from Macclesfield.

Think it would be a loan to be honest but regardless it fits the bill of loans been a major improvement on what we have. The done deal doesn’t say it’s a permanent although the striker comment does state it’s a loan so who knows.
