don't know anything about him. looks like our usual MO of a young player from the lower leagues. decent record this season stats wise. I'll trust the judgment of the recruitment team if we get him

He was on loan at Swindon (I've a few mates who support them). Looked lively from the bits I saw, but that was L2.

Hopefully he’s mobile too, otherwise surely it’s another Mounie. Mounie was a goal scorer but wasn’t effective enough in our style due to a lack of mobility.

On paper ticks a lot of boxes for me
Fairly inexpensive so lower risk if he doesn't work out
Young - so room to develop and add value
Has played League football - so able to handle himself physically and play 40 odd games
Stats that suggest he is capable of playing at a better level than he currently is
Nothing is certain with any transfer but this would be the kind of realistic signing I'd expect/ hope us to make

Looking at a few clips on Youtube - looks quick & a decent finisher, although I've not managed to read much more into it than that because the defending he's been up against has been beyond dogshit.

Looking at those clips he provides something different to what we have. With Sarr and this lad, a late corner would make a lot of teams nervous |

He’s a fair unit, ain’t he.
Was linked to Hearts a week or so ago but Hearts seemed to have annoyed Walsall in doing so - reports now suggest they’re no longer in the running and have signed Gnanduillet instead (who’s is very similar physically).
Out of contract in June.

he'd do ok I think, tbh the Championship this season isn't great is it, no team has overly impressed me and games are riddled with errors at both ends.
