To be honest, they have the option to just change it. How do you change it? I’m on an iPhone and it’s not just a case of selecting the other option. I’m on iPhone too. Simply click on the option you’d previously chosen in order to deselect it. Then select the other option.

You may be overthinking it, on my iPhone 6, I click on the choice I have made to remove the tick and then vote again. There are certain permissions that I also cannot perform on an iPhone, but Big G advised me to use the app Taptalk. This may solve it.

If we approached real life in the way that some supporters approach this sort of situation you'd end up broke, pissed off and you'd very quickly have no-one left to blame... This board gets more tedious after every defeat. There isn’t a more dull “debate” than the “who shall we blame?” discussion. Madness how the same conversation is recycled after each defeat, and then not even given a thought when we win. It’s very clear to see what this board is turning into. Which is?

For the record, I’ve removed my ‘In’ vote and not recast because whilst CC has his flaws and is still learning, he’s received nothing from his Chairman. How can we blame him? He’s not performing, but I’m not sure anyone else could.

Think the answers to 1 and 2 depend on which players are available. We look thin at the moment but that’s down to injuries. That doesn’t mean I think that we are necessarily top 6 material but we’ll lose some decent players if we’re relegated. If that does happen it’ll be a slog to get back for whoever is in charge. I’m praying it doesn’t. We'll lose some decent players if we go down 😂😂😂 Yep, there’s some poor players but it’ll get a whole lot worse. O’Brien was player of the year last year and attracting PL interest apparently. Toffolo, Pipa and even Hogg, Vallejo, Koroma and Aarons could get better deals elsewhere. That’s seven players I’d rather have in the squad than out and you’ll notice four of them were absent yesterday.

You'd need an extra strength defibrillator to put some life back into some of those signings we've made this season. CC didn't buy that crock of shite.Almost qualifies as a miracle worker that we aren't already 10 points adrift. I'm not joking. I'm sure your right, but he must have know he wouldn't be in charge of transfers when he signed his contract, so he still has to take a lot of the blame. Most managers in the pyramid aren’t involved in signing players, it’s a scapegoat blaming cc. He’s got his hands tied behind his back.

Whatever your thoughts on the future of our coach, I would just love to know what was said to him and what he was promised by way of backing in his interview. I can’t see the owner and his cohorts sat Carlos down and said “Now then lad, this is the plan. We’re going to sell most of our better players for as much as possible, likely to be millions in the case of some, but there’ll be less than 10% of this given over to new player recruitment. We then expect the men in charge of player recruitment to bring in a few freebies and low value players which you’ll be expected to turn into a team along with whoever is left and whilst doing so, bring through as many of the younger players as possible”. Essentially that’s what’s happened and who on earth would sign up for this unless they were sold a different idea at the outset? I would accept though that injuries to key players have not helped the cause but then don’t all teams have injuries throughout the course of a season?

problem also is we can't stop conceding goals..it's now 14 games since we last had a clean sheet..that is the worst sequence in at least the last 10 years...maybe longer ?

Unfortunately are where we are. CC was a good appointment but not backed up, and topped with all the injuries hes had no time to do his thing.
Now he has no time left for any 'creative' stuff, I see a promising manager but not suitable for a relegation scrap.
So its stick or twist time for PH with CC. With our squad we are sitting on a 16, and that's a shit hand.
Stick or twist with a 16?
You tell me

Can we even afford to sack Carlos? How much will those new contracts cost?

We all looked at our bare thin squad in pre season and thought we would be dead certs for relegation. We failed to prepare for this season, knowing the season was going to be more intense, back to back games in a shorter period of time. Yet, we thinned the squad, we didn't replace our better players. Ultimately, were paying the price. Signed players on the cheap, players on the decline, and gave the head coach nothing to swing with. It's largely disappointing knowing CC doesn't have a fully fit squad to chose from, I do believe we would be in a much better situation than we are in now. First take, is the entire club needs an overhaul, and no time to do it. I am hoping that we can back CC and he see us safe. Remove: Marsh and Bromby, absolutely useless the pair of them, and about as much use as a split condom. Having an INVESTMENT IN THE SQUAD, and truly go for it. Problem is, with the current regime, where does that investment come from? We part ways with CC, and replace him with who? How does the new manager fix our awful and below par squad? Great post, I agree with virtually every word

Well, time for this thread to rear it’s head again.
Sad to say, it’s time to go. Must win game, starting team and his whole game management has been atrocious.
Chasing a late goal, he brings on High for Vallejo, one of more consistent performers, then swaps a striker for a striker. Changes made too late, attacking players on the bench not even getting a look in.
Sadly, we can’t afford to sack him, so nothing is going to change.

Like watching paint dry again Carlos dithering on the bench again We scored and guess what we concede soon after - mentally weak Phillips ready to come on then no longer?! Why? Corner with 1 min to go - Just 4?5? In the box. ? Free kick with 44 seconds left - takes us a minute to take it No urgency on the pitch, no urgency on the touch line Attacking intensity? Out. Just for his own good. We’re an awful, rotten club. Go back to being an academy coach. It’s a step up.

He must be in the verge surely.
Name me a past town manager that wouldn't have had us peppering that brum side.
We should be fighting for our lives!! Instead, we're time wasting agaist the shitest team to visit this season.

Can we even afford to sack Carlos? How much will those new contracts cost? One things for sure, the criteria will be what impacts Hoyle and Hodgkinson’s pockets and not what is in the best interests of the Club and fans.

The Swansea game was clearly a red herring.
He’s been dealt a short hand with this squad and injuries, but his team selections, subs, tactics and inability to have a Plan B or sort out our defensive fragilities have shown he’s not ready for this level yet.
We don’t even attack anymore, or look like we want to win games, which was supposedly his brand of football.
Lose to the current form team Cardiff on Friday and it’s 1 win in 1/3 of the season. What a shite season yet again.

Carlos is getting found out now and the players don't look to be buying into his ideas and style of play anymore

If we sack CC and his coaches that's our summer transfer budget gone. Who will replace him anyway? Danny Scofield, the cheapest option
