Thing with DVLH (love that moniker btw!) is that he's been played all over the place. Put him CM and give him a run in the side & then judge, or don't - & give credit for his versatility.

If O'Brien was sold to another club, injured, suspended &/or in worse form than DVLH, then yes. Fair enough, I just want better than the young Michael Jackson I know you don;t rate him but don't think he's that..... "Bad". |

He will shine again, brightly. He had many good games and looked a class above our team, yes at times he faded and went missing. We cant afford to buy a player better than him in midfield. |

But RVLP was a low rent Lionel Messi, and the third highest scorer, in the lowest scoring team (probably - I can't be arsed to check) in our first season in the Premier League He was only the 4th highest scorer in PL games with 3 goals including the penalty he nicked off Mounie. His other two gaols were scored against Birmingham in the cup. And no I didn't rate him either. He scored home and away v WBA in the EPL. |
