I can confirm, unequivocally, my previous statement. There are no current vacancies, and even if there were this isn't how they would be filled. Simply posting that you have decided you will be an admin will not result in you becoming an admin. I'd also refer you to your own post here: You're taking the piss. You know it. I know it. The other admins know it. So feel free to carry on - it's embarrassing to watch you soil yourself like this for all to see, but it does pass the time. I didnt expect to have enough support, now I feel I owe it to the community to serve. Ive slept on it and Ive changed my mind, I wish to become an ADMIN, ive been proposed and seconded and I have some great ideas that im sure we can work on together and improve the forum. Im not sure how long the process takes but im expecting to be in role by 1pm. Thanks. Also I think you will find that without a constitution the minimum committee size is 5. Therefore you have at least 2 vacancies that need filling, there is usually no upper limit on the size of a committee. This is a forum . There is no constitution. There is no committee. They exist, like so many transfers, only in your mind.

The Committee is the elected board of directors. I'll give you an example of facebook investor.fb.com/leadership-and-governance/default.aspxAsking for direction to a site that deals in pornographic material is surely a red card offence, punishable by a season to 5 year ban on my scale.... probably not quite that level so accept my warning on this occasion.

All rules and regulations should be reviewed from time to time.

All rules and regulations should be reviewed from time to time. They are and have been. Rules were voted on roughly 5 years ago, and simplified/clarified earlier this year (at the same time as a poll being conducted about whether to retain the Off Topic/politics boards)

It took me nearly four days, on and off, to wade through the Otium thread before I commented, but I can't be arsed to wait this time and have only read the first page of this one. However, here's my take: I've been posting on here since around 2003/2004 and, despite falling foul of the current rules (I'm on a yellow card), I'm more than happy with the way it's administered. The rules were 'refreshed' for some clarity when there were just the two admins. This was in response to a small number of utter fuckwits that caused continual disharmony by posting incessant shite and/or inflammatory comments. For me, it's a much better place nowadays due to the admins intervening. Others may disagree, but, quite frankly, I don't give a fuck. If you don't like it, fuck off somewhere else.

Well, it looks like the people have spoken and im representative of at least a section of the site that currently aren't represented by the current admin. With the Pro vote running at approx 30% it appears that I will shortly be ordained as a fully fledged member of the ADMIN team. The first change i wish to make is to appoint a moderation team of 10, Im happy to oversee this, but probably think Kenny would be better doing so as at the moment either myself or Grim would be chalk and cheese and Kenny is probably more centre ground. The moderation team has no privilages other than putting out raging bin fires and will all be on trial, I think you get a better badge and description on your avatar. Once im moved over to ADMIN, i will insigate this change with approval from the other ADMIN members so anyone interested should apply quickly as those on the site most often are likely to be those that put their name down first. Second on my list of changes id like to make with approval from the other ADMIN is to look at the rules with regards length of bans and the totting up process, there is work to do there, its not a perfect system by any means, It may take some getting through the ADMIN team, but I appreciate any constructive ideas by PM or you can add on this thread. Thirdly, I think the site needs tidying up, there are far too many menus and navigation to be made. I know grim had tried in this respect, but ill be looking to bring transfers back to the main page, as the main page becomes pretty useless during the off season and the transfer section pretty useless during the season so seems abit unnecessary, its bearable for the January window, but for 4 weeks a year seems a bit messy. Hopefully folks put the past behind them and get behind the ADMIN of the people to initiate positive change on this forum, Yours in Sport WONS, SUPERNOVAK, TOWNRWE, NEWSNETWORKS, PLATINUM MEMBER. Just to clarify folks, Townrwe will not be being made an admin, and may well be off his meds. Well that’s nice… insinuating that a poster has a mental health condition…. And taking the piss about it. Whether he is ‘off his meds’ or not, there will be many folk on here who do suffer with conditions requiring ‘meds’ - your trivialising it and seeking cheap laughs is piss poor. And yes, you’ve mentioned that you have suffered somewhat in this area yourself , but that’s no excuse - you should know better.

Perhaps what is now 6 days of abuse from posters about a decision I didn't even make has taken a slight toll. That TownRWe is now (IMHO) trolling me about this issue to make this about him, "peacocking" as someone put it to me privately earlier, is rather galling.

Whats your forum? Do you want 16000 new members and can Oti join? Sure, it costs £1000 (non refundable) processing fee to apply to be accepted to join. For those accepted, its a £100 per month, payable annually in advance. Its not very diverse or socially aware, I only take provable virgins with nice hair and skin, but thems the rules. How do I prove my virginity ?

So would you say people banned for driving are the result of poor policing? If I didn't know your history as a poster, I'd assume this was a parody. When you're doing your 2nd on list of reviewing the rules, don't forget to ads a new rule that everyone, you included, will receive an automatic yellow card (no appeals against yellows) every time something is posted that is found to untrue, does not happen or generally concluded to be misinformation! If you agree to this I will vote for you as a new admin without the need to pass an integrity test. Is it a deal?

Big Daddy G has a thankless task and we should be (and mostly are) grateful for the Admins and Big Daddy G's monitoring.
I have to say though that this particular individual seems to be on some sort of mission, a mission of which the end goal I am not clear on.

Only way that could be anywhere near achieved is to get rid of the politics and current affairs section, and thats from someone whos posts on it regularly, would be a bit drastic but quite logical.

He's currently saving Huddersfield YMCA RUFC Like he did with Woodfield Park, now closed to the public, overgrown and waiting for permission to build houses on Sorry Porrohman I was being sarcastic. He's up to his usual tricks at the YM. I have some good friends involved with the RU side of things and it's not going at as planned/promised.

Luckily for you the basic constitution applies to any club/group that requires membership and the rules of that constitution apply, to protect the members. Please direct me to the committee for twitter, Facebook, instagram and your favourite, pornhub. I know you volunteer to be admin blah blah blah, but surely as an administrator you should be above this sort of stuff? You preach the moral high ground yet continue with your little personal digs. Surely the hierarchy should command respect and be above this sort of thing

Well I know one has been on here since I posted this earlier today….. …… bearing in mind, it’s not abusive, it’s not criticising, and it is a constructive suggestion, why haven’t you responded to this? The key bit is ‘help yourselves to help the members. ‘
